Points positifs : Hyper bien situé à côté du port et de la gare. Super confortable et hyper propre! La salle de bain est parfaite et la literie au top. Ménage impeccable. L’hôte est très disponible et serviable

Points négatifs : Un peu trop d’administratif et beaucoup d’informations pour récupérer les clefs

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel, très bien situé.

Points positifs : Idéalement situé à 2 pas de la gare (mais sans bruit), à 10 minutes à pied du vieil Antibes/plage. Jolie vue sur le port, Lit et canapé confortables, propreté impeccable.

Points négatifs : Il manquait juste un petit étendoir à linge. Le box de stationnement en sous sol est appréciable mais très étroit.

Perfect apartment for exploring Antibes and French Riviera

Points positifs : From booking to arrival all was flawless with communication from Ivan to Cherry welcoming us on arrival was all good. This apartment was perfect location for what we wanted. Close to beautiful old town of Antibes but also within 2 mins walk of train station to explore rest of coast. Apartment had everything needed for a weeks stay. This is ideal apartment for all. We used it as a base for exploring but also had lovely chill day lounging around watching the world pass by. Highly recommend this for all. Thanks Ivan.

Points négatifs : Only minor drawback was size of parking space. Since we drove we needed somewhere with parking. The only negative from previous reviews was the space and I agree. We drove Volkswagen Arteon which is big car but I managed to get it in but it is very tight squeeze getting in and out . We only took car out of parking one day the whole week which is due to the benefit of this apartment with its proximity to train and antibes Town, car not needed once parked up for the week.

Excellent apartment with top location

Points positifs : This is truly amazing property, exactly as described. Super convenient location, shops and bakery close by. Being so close to the gare makes it very easy to take day trips. The one thing I was most impressed with was the cleanliness of the apartment. If you are a clean freak like me, you will not be disappointed. Kitchen is fully stocked, we forgot to bring sugar for our coffee and of course they had some in the cupboard. Communication with the host (Ivan) was easy. Everything related to the check in and out was very clearly communicated well in advance, so there was no need to ask additional questions during our stay.

Points négatifs : Really nothing to dislike with this accommodation, however be aware that the parking spot in the garage is very small. We were driving compact car (Seat Leon) and it was quite challenging to park. Once we did, the car stayed there for the remaining of the time, not going out and in as we wished. However, having a parking space in the area is rather luxury, so this note is to be taken as a precaution not as criticism.

Very comfortable, new apartment close to the center.

Points positifs : 5min walk to the old town. Very well equipped, modern clean appartement in a residential complex. Very helpful and friendly host who also assisted me with directions. The garage is only adapted to cars like Fiat 500 Ect. But i just parked in front of the building which,(at least in March) was free overnight.

Great apartment in a super location

Points positifs : This apartment is an excellent location, 3 minute walk to the train station and less than 10 minutes to the old town and beach. All the facilities you will need

Bright and modern, close to everything

Points positifs : Very nice and bright living room, walking distance to the old town and close to the main amenities, including the train station.

Points négatifs : Only on the first night: The restaurant below had quite loud TV broadcasting football and loud guests, until past midnight.

Next time in Antibes for sure!

Points négatifs : Private parking doesn’t fits to all cars because of its dimensions. But there are public parkings very close to the apartment.
