New - 1 Bed Apt Central Antibes

Great place

Points positifs : The team managing the apartment is amaizing! They provided all guidance and support needed during my month long stay, even called to check on me after a heavy storm. Thank you Beatrice, Damien and Agatha! You made the difference! The location is excellent, steps away from everything in Antibes.

Points positifs : Great location (right on the center of the historical Antibes center), excellent interior (one would think that old buildings in the historical center would be uncomfortable, but it had great aesthetics, comfortable layout, furnished kitchen, excellent hot water and bath tub, plenty of towels, and our kid loved the raised bed), helpful host (easy to follow instructions for key collection, able to meet our request for an earlier check-in, great instructions on how the place worked), and cosy (you could tell the owner lives in the place sometimes, there's many things for the day-to-day like an apple TV, books, simple boardgames, rain umbrella, beach parasol, etc). We'd love to stay again when we visit the area in the future.

Points négatifs : Only a couple of nit-picks: The lightning could be better (only strong overhead lights, no dim lights for use at night, like night table lamps) and loud exhaust fans in the bathroom/toilet. But just details.

Perfect little apartment in central Antibes

Points positifs : What a fantastic apartment! We had a fabulously comfortable stay here in Antibes. It was the perfect location and also perfect for a small family of 3. Our 4 year old absolutely loved the ladder up to the extra bed and we loved how all home comforts were provided for us. We were also able to check in early very easily which was very helpful for us with a young child. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would certainly stay again.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of old town with a lovely vibe. Few minutes walk to train.

Points positifs : Loved this place in the heart of Old town. It is renovated, beautiful and a charming place to stay close to the sea. Can walk to the train station from here.

Points négatifs : Nothing really to dislike. Very nice place. Only one flight of stairs. Highly recommend.

A comfortable air conditioned studio flat right in the middle of the old town.

Points positifs : Being in the old town and very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Nice and cool in the day and very quiet at night.

Points négatifs : The bedroom did not have a door so no privacy from the sitting area. Also the 2nd bedroom was elevated and had to climb a ladder to access. There was no head space and also open plan so no privacy from the sitting area either. It was more of a studio flat for 3. Luckily I was with my adult daughter. It would really only suit a couple with a child/teenager.

Points positifs : Loved the whole look and feel - perfect place to explore Antibes - fantastic bars and restaurants close by and beach just down the road - highly recommend! And the host was very accommodating - if ever back to Antibes I will definitely book again!
