Super appart, super propriétaire, super ville. Absolument génial !! A refaire !!
Points positifs : L'appartement est super joli et très propre. Super bien situé, pas de besoin de voitures, tout est à proximité : plages, commerces, gare.... La propriétaire Sabine super adorable. Elle nous a tout bien expliqué. J'ai voyagé avec mon fils de 17 ans qui a été ravi. Nous avons tout adoré. En fait, je n'ai aucune réflexion négative à faire parce que nous avons passé un super séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et si je devais revenir à Juan les Pins, sans aucune hésitation je reviendrai dans celui-ci. Merci Sabine, vous avez été parfaite !!

Points positifs : L'appartement est très bien équipé avec un confort d'un très bon niveau. La literie est irréprochable. Dans la cuisine, il ne manque rien, tout est neuf et fonctionnel. La situation de l'appartement est agréable car dans un environnement calme à proximité de commerces et du front de mer. La personne de contact, très accueillante, est de bon conseil pour les visites dans la région.

Excellent accommodation, clean, comfortable, perfect location
Points positifs : Very clean throughout, comfortable beds, good air con, modern facilities to feel at home, quiet apartment block at night. Spacious enough for our family (2 adults, 2 children). Perfect location for days out at the local beaches (10mins walk) and plenty of restaurants and shops. Also great for exploring the wider area - Short easy train ride to Antibes old town, Cannes and under 1 hour to Monaco. Overall, excellent accommodation.
Points négatifs : Overall excellent, nothing major lacking. A few minor suggestions which could have improved our stay from excellent to perfect - A full length mirror, a step for small children to reach the bathroom sink, a wall clock.

Very happy with our stay!
Points positifs : Apartment is so clean and functional. Great location so close to beach, restaurants, shops and can even walk to old Antibes if you are not bothered with the heat. We did not cook any meal but noticed that everything available if you want to prepare the meals. Sabine was so kind and made sure we had great stay. Overall, very happy!
Points négatifs : Could hear people walking outside windows but doesn’t disturb so much.

Delightful, well-equipped flat in a fantastic location.
Points positifs : Excellent location - within a 5 minute walk of the beach, the station and some excellent shops. Comfortable flat, which was well equipped and had good wifi. Sabine, the host, was kindness itself and welcomed us personally to the flat. Juan les Pins is a delightful place with good sandy beaches and easy access by train from the airport. The flat itself is only about 15 minutes walk from Antibes old town, which is worth a visit. The kitchen was well stocked with good equipment and various basics like coffee, oil, seasonings and plenty of dishwasher tablets. It happens so often in rental properties that these things are not provided, or only in minuscule quantities, but here we felt really welcome. On our last day, Sabine checked with the cleaners what time they were planning to come and allowed us to stay in the flat for the morning, which was really helpful as we had an afternoon flight.

Perfect family holiday
Points positifs : The host (Sabine) was very accommodating to our late arrival (due to traffic delays). The beds were super comfortable, we all slept very well. The apartment was fully equipped with everything and we really felt like home. Shops, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, train station all within 5 minutes walking distance.

Points positifs : The apt. is spacious, VERY CLEAN, newly rennovated with great appliances and comfortable beds, and the wifi connection is excellent. The location was perfect for our purpose, close to the sea, the bus stops and the Jewish district, also close to the residence of the Int. Language School wher our children had classes. A green parc accross the street gave us the calm feeling and the bakery & shops were in walking distance. The host was wonderful, very efficient and responsive through our stay. All in all very good value for money.

En mycket fin lägenhet och värden var snabb på att svara och hjälpa till.
Points positifs : Trevlig välutrustad lägenhet. Bra att det fanns kylväska och parasoller att låna till stranden.
Points négatifs : Det var synd att det inte fanns en balkong.
