MORINGA - New unit for 2 AC close to beach

Points positifs : Tout était parfait. Appartement très bien équipé et propre. Emplacement parfait dans le vieil Antibes. Parking du fort carré avec les navettes gratuites, idéal!

Points positifs : Idéalement bien placé. Beaucoup de charme. Très bien équipé. Calme et tres propre.

Points négatifs : Le stationnement reste délicat. Pas de stationnement privé. Nous avons eu de la chance de pouvoir stationner sans trop de difficultés en cette période de l'année mais en periode estivale je pense que c'est difficile

Great location just on the edge of old town

Points positifs : The location was perfect, just on the outskirts of old town. We drove there with a rental car so found parking just before the roads for cars are closed, and walked about 5mins to get to the apartment. This was great as if we were more inside old town I think it would be a struggle with luggage. Walk into town was so easy, a lot of restaurants, cafes, bars nearby. Highlight of the accommodation was where it was.

Points négatifs : It gets very hot and stuffy inside the apartment, if you open the one window near the kitchen all the mosquitos come in (maybe time of year, we went early September). There is aircon but we don't like sleeping with it on too high, but if you don't mind then it's fine. There were also hairs and crumbs in the bed which was concerning.

Modern and tranquil amenities in beautiful Old Town.

Points positifs : Ivan was very communicative and helpful, allowing me to check in early after an overnight flight from South Africa. The apartment is in picturesque Old Town, very close to everything yet peaceful.

Points négatifs : The only thing i missed was some capsules of nespresso

Points positifs : Simple, comfortable and compact. Everything that we needed was there. Bumped into the owner who was lovely and asked if we were ok.

Points positifs : Comodità, posizione , appartamento piccolo ma dotato di tutto il necessario e curato nei dettagli. Host molto disponibile, e reperibile con facilità.

Points négatifs : Consigliamo un set di cortesia per il bagno ( al nostro arrivo non c’era,non sappiamo se una dimenticanza).

Lovely place to stay in Antibes old town!

Points positifs : The location was perfect A short walk to the beach and the old town full of restaurants,cafes & shops But be warned that it is hilly so you need to be reasonably fit…. The flat was small but cosy and well equipped …even had a washing machine

Points négatifs : The bedroom had a window to the lounge with no curtains or blind and the lounge had a window to the outside with no curtains or blind so every morning you were woken at sunrise with light flooding in to the flat including the bedroom….if I’d known I would’ve solved the problem by packing an eye mask 👍

Points positifs : Ottima posizione, quartiere pittoresco, favoloso. Sembrava di alloggiare in un dipinto vivente. Appartamento molto curato, di recente ristrutturazione, dotato di tutti i comfort anche se di ridotte dimensioni. aria condizionata presente

Points négatifs : situato al primo piano, senza ascensore, scale molto ripide e strette. comunicazione da parte dell'host un pochino pressante, molto arzigogolate le indicazioni e le regole per l'accesso, la permanenza e il check out. non viene specificato in maniera chiara che l'appartamento si trova in una zona pedonale, è necessario lasciare l'auto in uno dei parcheggi a pagamento (in genere prima ora sempre gratuita) limitrofi. bagno particolarmente stretto, box doccia molto grande, sacrificato il resto.
