Points positifs : Emplacement idéal, très jolie vue, appartement confortable et résidence très agréable proche des commerces et restaurants. Parking privé très appréciable.

Points positifs : L’appartement entièrement rénové, confortable et très fonctionnel. La vue exceptionnelle avec l’impression d’être sur un bateau en pleine mer. La situation géographique. La gare et les commerces à 5 minutes à pied. (Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Menton) L’accueil des commerçants du quartier.

Points positifs : Un emplacement exceptionnel , une vue à couper le souffle , un appartement encore mieux que sur les photos ou rien ne manque , une relation simple , fluide et réactive avec le propriétaire ; Une expérience inoubliable et des petites attentions très appréciables ( café , gâteaux etc prévus à l'arrivée ) A refaire absolument !!

Points positifs : Grand appartement face à la mer ! Il ne manque rien pour passer un agréable séjour. Les moments de repos sur le balcon sont très agréables avec en plus un coucher de soleil.

Nice apartment - a good base for excursions at Côte d’Azur and the hinterland

Points positifs : We visited Juan-les-Pins in February, so the beaches was not the main attraction. At this time of the year it is rather the opportunity to go for longer walks in the Esterel mountains or along the coast, for example near Cap d’Antibes. Or to catch a train to Cannes, Antibes or Nice to visit museums, go shopping and experience various events in a bigger city. The sea view from the apartment and the balcony is magnificent, both on cloudy days and in bright sunshine. The kitchen and the bath rooms are well equipped, and we appreciated that the hosts provided us with tea bags, coffee capsules, tabs for the washing machine and the dishwasher etc.

Points négatifs : We know that ‘one size does not fit all’. We found that the square head pillows in the beds were too big and too hard. A French ‘traversin’ would be a nice alternative for those with that preference. A written instruction to the television would have helped us to make use of all the options.

Excellent apartment with breathtaking view

Points positifs : Excellent location. Very comfortable, well equipped apartment fullfiled all our expectations. Comprehensive starter pack and supplies of sanitary consumables. Very helpful host. One of best apartments, if not the best, my family ever rented. A broad choice of shops and restaurants in close vicinity.

Points négatifs : Leaving a car parked in garage for a men of 100kg+ is a real challenge: not so much space is left to open a driver's door. It's not complain. Host provided dimensions of gate, however I did not consider the limimited space to open the door. We parked there Citroën C3. Personally I doubt any bigger car, especially SUV, could be parked there unless a driver is slim as Italian spaghetti or trunk door is used to leave a car.
