Modern 60m2 apartment with 2 balconies

Agréable et confortable ! Je recommande

Points positifs : Logement très confortable et propre, les 2 balcons sont très appréciables. Idéalement situé entre la vieille ville et les plages, non loin des commerces. Les contacts avec Brice ont été très cordiaux et fluides. Je recommande !

Points négatifs : Quelques détails mais qui ne nuisent pas à la qualité d’ensemble. Nous aurions apprécié la présence d’une cafetière filtre (pour qui n’apprécie pas les expresso :-) ) l’installation électrique est un peu vieillissante.

Points positifs : L'appartement est très bien situé près du vieil Antibes, accessible à pied sans difficulté. Le logement est spacieux et propre et permet de passer un agréable séjour.

Excellent Location

Points positifs : The location was excellent, and having the 2 balconies was great. The apartment was surrounded by great restaurants and a lovely wee supermarket, just 10 steps away from the apartment and also close to transport links.Great communication with the owner. If I asked, a question it was answered straight away

Amazing location and really spacious

Points positifs : Great location and 2 balconies . It’s very spacious and the bathroom very modern

Points négatifs : The bed was really un comfy for me … personal preference but if you prefer a harder mattress you may struggle .

Points positifs : The location is great - a small shop on the same building, garage, restaurants and cafes just around. Big shops and points of interest in a walking distance. And of course, the beach is very close - 3 to 10 minuts walking depending on which one you prefer. The host was very polite and friendly, they always responded very fast and provided all the information.

Points négatifs : The apartment itself is great, it has a balcony and all needed amenities, but I feel it needs a renovation and changing some pieces of furniture. - Problems with toilet because of which we were able to check-in just after 5pm. - Old and broken shelf near the entrance - Lots of unneeded things in shelves

Very nice vacation in Antibes

Points positifs : The location of this apartment is fantastic, near both to the seaside and the old town center. The host was very nice and gave us very useful information in english

Points négatifs : Be aware that big cars (around above 4,6 m) cannot be parked in the private garage (-1 floor) but there are a lot of parking slots in the streets around the apartment.

Sehr gute Wahl für Antibes sehr nahe am Strand und der Altstadt

Points positifs : Schönes helles Apartment in einem oberen Geschoss des Gebäudes, sehr hell mit zwei grosszügigen Balkonen und schöner Aussicht. Tolle Lage - nur 50 Meter vom Meer und der Uferpromenade entfernt, die Altstadt ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Ruhig, das Schlafzimmer liegt hofseitig. Gute Ausstattung. Der Parkplatz in der privaten Parkgarage war ein grosses Plus, auch die Velos konnten wir dort sicher abstellen.

Points négatifs : Die Lichtsituatiion im Wohnzimmer könnte besser sein (Leselampen).

pochi giorni ma bellissimi

Points positifs : Posizione stupenda, a pochissimi metri dal mare! Appartamento moderno e curato, fornito di tutto il necessario, luminoso e ampio. I 2 balconi (di cui uno con vista mare) sono una chicca e utilissimi. Il posto auto in garage impagabile! La zona è servita, c'è un supermercato proprio sotto casa e si raggiunge il centro di Antibes in pochissimo tempo a piedi. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Mi sa che ci rivedremo presto!

Points positifs : Appartamento ampio e spazioso. La posizione è ottima per visitare Antibes.

Points négatifs : Il bagno distibuito su due ambienti separati.La mancanza del bidè.

Points positifs : Unkomplizierte Übernahme und auch Abgabe des Appartements. Brice und seine Partnerin sind sehr gute Gastgeber.
