Points positifs : Appartement agréable et fonctionnel. Petite terrasse, clim (même si on ne l'a pas utilisée)

Points positifs : Appartement très lumineux, agréable et très belle déco. Très bien entretenu et propre. Résidence très calme. Situé au centre du vieil Antibes. Parfait pour nous. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cet appartement où il ne manque rien pour se sentir comme à la maison. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et présents si besoin. PARFAIT !!!!!

Points positifs : L'emplacement est parfait et les hôtes sont adorables. Tout à été fait pour que l'on se sente accueillis et ils ont été prévenants et arrangeants tout au long du séjour. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et équipé de.tout ce dont on pourrait avoir besoin

Points positifs : The owner, Rodolphe, has been very attentive and supportive all throgh the period of our stay. Getting the key and checking out was very easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. Location is perfect to visit the old town and go to the various beaches (especially the Gravette). It has been actually quite a pleasent stay and I don't hesitate to fully recommend this accomodation.

Points positifs : Property was clean, spacious, had everything you needed, washing machine, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine. Shower was brilliant. Balcony was great for sitting out in the afternoon sun. We will definitely stay here again.

Points négatifs : There was nothing we didn’t like about this property

Points positifs : It would be a perfect apartment for a couple but not a family of four :) The apartment is cosy and nice and the location is perfect (especially if you don't have a car) :)

Points négatifs : Lack of privacy because the bedroom has sliding door with a big gap, so basically all are sleeping in the same room :) Finding a parking place was a bit of a headache, but we could expect that. Cleaning fee was too high.

Perfect week in a perfect location

Points positifs : Loved the location - second to none for experiencing Antibes. So central. Train and bus stations easily reached. The apartment was perfect for a couple and easy to access due to the lift in the building.

Great apartment right in the centre of Antibes with helpful hosts

Points positifs : The location was great for going out, the train station and for walking around. It is very central - there are bars and restaurants nearby (these can be a little noisy but that's not a problem if you are out!) Great shower! Having a balcony was fantastic Rodolphe and Florence were really helpful

Points négatifs : Light sleepers might be affected by the extractor fan in the toilet which was always on

I definitely recommend this place for shorter and longer stays.

Points positifs : Great location, it's hard to find a better one. Only a few minutes to all the most important places. Train and bus station only 7 minutes walk, yacht port - 5 minutes, Picasso museum - 10 minutes. Nearby there are 2 bakeries, Carrefour, many cafes and restaurants. The owner of the apartment are very polite and helpful, they always respond quickly to our text messages and e-mails and gave good advice.
