Nice, clean apartment - difficult communication

Points positifs : Nice, clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. The location was good, the price was reasonable for what we got. Having a parking space was great as well.

Points négatifs : Communication was very difficult. This was not just because of the language barrier but also because I wasn‘t getting replies to my numerous texts on booking.com or to my numerous calls up until the day before we arrived. When we arrived by car, we had no way of knowing where the parking garage was, so we had to keep driving around the block until we randomly called out to a woman, hoping it was our host. When we tried calling our host during this process, she did not pick up, saying she didn‘t speak English - Navigating through text, however, proved to be very frustrating. All in all, the communication was not good at all, making the stay stressful in the beginning.

A home away from home

Points positifs : The apartment was well equipped and clean. A plus was that you could garage a car. Recommended

Points négatifs : One shortage was that only one set of towels was provided for a whole week so had to buy towels so we could wash them. Otherwise nothing else was missed

Points positifs : Ottima posizione, host molto gentile, posto auto coperto incluso! Ottima qualità prezzo, appartamento funzionale.

Points négatifs : Suggerirei di fornire un set di asciugamani per le mani in più, ci sono stati forniti solo gli asciugamani da doccia.

Points positifs : Ottima accoglienza, è venuta una persona a consegnare le chiavi e presentarci l'appartamento. Struttura nuova, pulita, luminosa e arredata in modo funzionale. Buona la posizione. Da consigliare.
