Points positifs : Appartement très agréable et très bien situé pour profiter de la ville, port et plages qui sont aussi très agréables. Aussi, le contact pour l'appartement est à l'écoute et très réactif. Je recommande cet établissement.

Points négatifs : C’est un peu bruyant Il manque la climatisation

Cosy and modern apartment right in the heart of the old town! We will definitely return

Points positifs : We loved staying at this apartment. It felt like our little home for our Antibes stay. It felt modern and had all the things you would need. While still being very cosy - perfect for two people. It was on a busy street with lots of restaurant and bars but once the windows were closed you couldn’t hear anything! Also we could walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes. I am definitely planning to book and stay here again.

Points négatifs : I really liked this property. My only note is for anyone with mobility issues the stairs is the only way to get up. This was not an issue for us but just to note for others. Also there is a powerful fan rather than air conditioning but this was fine for us! We found once we turned the fan on it cooled very quickly.

Points positifs : The central location is fabulous, the property appears to have been recently modernised and was great to be in. Clean, small but functional. Loved the decor. Very welcoming to have the basics there, some coffee, earl great, soaps etc. thank you.

Points négatifs : The stairs are steep and a lot of steps which were a challenge especially for my 83 year old mum but took it slowly and all good. Maybe more emphasis placed on this on the accomodation details? Suggestion- Be great to have a long mirror on the back of, or behind one of the doors. Also to have a hook for towels in the bathroom. Minor details!! A wonderful place to stay!

Everything extremely good!

Points positifs : The flat is very nice, clean, and extremely central in the old town. The owner is responsive, the bed is hugely comfort (I slept really very well!!!). You have all soy need

Points négatifs : Only minor thing: there are no points to hand the towels

We enjoyed our stay and the apartment is lovely. The location is in the middle of everything.

Points positifs : Location is right in the heart of the entertainment/restaurant area of Antibes, close to the marina and beaches.

Points négatifs : For older guests with heavy luggage, the stairs are difficult - a tight spiral with narrow steps. No fault if the owner, but something for guests to consider. While the fan is sufficient for cooling with the windows open, the location means the windows must remain shut at night (until 3:00am) because of the noise from the entertainment precinct below. In hot weather this isn’t idea, but we managed.

Absolutely amazing.

Points positifs : It’s in an excellent location! It was so easy to locate and gain access too with simple instructions from David. It was equipped with towels and even toiletries which was brilliant. It had everything we could’ve possibly needed.

Points négatifs : Hardly anything! It’s rather warm on an evening but nothing that opening the windows didn’t fix.
