Bon rapport qualité prix, à recommander.
Points positifs : Accueil très agréable, situation géographique très bonne, commerces et plages à proximité. Silencieux.
Points négatifs : Mot de passe wifi difficile à trouver ! Il aurait été agréable d’avoir un minimum dans la cuisine (huile, vinaigre, poivre, sopalin, …) comme dans d’autres locations afin de ne pas avoir à tout acheter pour 4 jours.

Un appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé. Propre et très agréable.
Points positifs : Impeccable pour l'équipement, la situation et la propreté. Linge fourni (draps et serviettes) ce qui est très appréciable au vu du prix raisonnable pour le lieu (20 à 30m max de la plage !). Notre petite famille a beaucoup apprécié le séjour. Bon accueil pour la remise des clés.

Greatest location, very big and well equiped apartment.
Points positifs : The beach was very close, we had two balcony, great air-conditioner, very good beds, it was everything great about it…
Points négatifs : There were in the building construction works in a flat, with big noise and diring the day it was bit disturbing.

Location is the selling point for this apartment
Points positifs : This property is all about location! You are close to everything, shops, beach, restaurants, train stations, main area for food/drinks so I have given it 7/10 for the location. The apartment is big enough for a family of four and the bathroom is a good size. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which helps when everyone is getting ready. The fridge is a great size and clean.
Points négatifs : A few things let this apartment down from 7/10 to 10/10 in my opinion. I think a key code at the doorway would be best instead of having to call and chase up someone to come to meet us after we arrive. The cushions in the bedroom are awful, I think a few new cushions are required. The toaster did not work at all. The bathroom sink has a really bad smell, it smells like sewage. We only had 1 cup in the whole kitchen , when you know you have 4 people coming to stay, I think cutlery should be provided for the guests. We had 1 toilet roll for a week. (Yes, we went and bought some, but I think basic things like toilet rolls should be provided in a pack of 4 at least) These things did not spoil our stay but I just think a few of these things could really make the difference for a more comfortable stay.

Points positifs : - property close to a beach - property large enough for 3 people - cleanliness of the area - facilities, all you need in an apartment (home appliances) - cheap car park on the street (€0.2 from the evening until the next day 10:00 AM) - the willingness of landlord to make our staying as pleasant as it gets, really appreciated
Points négatifs : - early in the morning, we got woken up by noise of construction work from upstairs neighbors. It happened 3 days in a row. After the 2nd morning, I spoke with the landlord about it, he got in touch with them, but they did not take into account his ask, so that it happened again.

Excellent appartment located close to the beach. The host was vert helpful, and let is check out late. Saved the day for
Points positifs : Excellent appartment. Very clean. Modern looking. Terrace on both sides. A lot of storage space. Close to the beach and train station. The host were very helpful, and let us borrow a child cot, and baby chair. We also were allowed to check out late, which saved our day as we had a late flight home.
Points négatifs : Could have been more toilet paper, dish washing tablets, dish soap and detergent.

A very clean apartment on a beautiful location.
Points positifs : The ap was very clean. Big enough for a family of 4. The location is perfect. Dorms are oriented on east, so the sun light up the rooms in the morning. The host communicates very easy and fast. A lot of appliances and things for kids. A stroller for our baby, so don't carry one with you, a lot of water toys, sand toys. Big tv's, and very fast WI-FI.
Points négatifs : We had to wait for the keys, and that was a bit hard for us, after a long trip with two kids and luggage. For a longer stay, the kitchen needs more things to prepare your food.

Points positifs : El apartamento es muy amplio y luminoso, reformado y muy bien equipado. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de la playa y de la estación de tren que conecta con Cannes, Niza y Mónaco. Apto para familias con niños pequeños. El anfitrión responde rápido y es flexible. He viajado por trabajo y con la familia, y nos ha funcionado muy bien tanto a los que estaban de vacaciones como a los que no.
