Fantastic Two-bedroom Apartment with garden near the beach

Points positifs : On a aimé la proximité de la plage et l'appartement bien décoré ainsi que la terrasse. En plus il y a un grand parking.

Perfect for families with kids

Points positifs : The apartment is cozy and has everything you might need, especially when traveling with a child. The terrace and the garden with real grass were a great place for my toddler to play when not on the beach. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It has a climate control and shutters on the windows that block the sun, which I appreciated a lot. The location is perfect: the supermarket, the pharmacy, the restaurants, and the beach are all within a 3-5-minute walk.

Points négatifs : The only thing that comes to mind is that the toilet seat is higher than average, so my kid could not use the toilet on their own. It would be great if the owners bought a step stool for the apartment.

Points positifs : The apartment, furnishings, kitchen, electricals were very clean. Towels linen &beach towels new. Good AC. Well furnished.patio. Nice small garden. Short walk to sea & good beach. Supermarkets and good rotisserie nearby. Owner was very accommodating. Lovely area, interesting places to visit.

Points négatifs : Nothing to dislike - perhaps just the second bedroom was a little tight on space.

A perfect contemporary appartment that provides all you need for a nice holiday

Points positifs : A lovely contemporary apartment with everything you need for a great holiday. Really neat and tidy, with a nice terrace and garden, high quality appliances and more contents than you expect. Also quite safe and child proof. Location is close to the beach, transport links and local infrastructure i.e. restaurants, shops, playgrounds and a local park.

Points négatifs : Don’t be scared when the host requests security deposit outside of the platform. It looked suspicious at first but apparently this is because booking.com doesn’t allow the host to use your stored card details for this. Our deposit was reserved safely and returned in full.

Our stay was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Points positifs : The location was fantastic—close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a quiet building. The host and her associate were pleasant to work with - friendly and very responsive.

Points négatifs : The building's basement parking was seeping water, which was not the host's fault or responsibility. It's not a big deal, we were just grateful that it had a big parking space available with the apartment.

Fair apartment

Points positifs : - The area is safe and quiet - The apartment is conveniently located within a 5-minute walking distance from supermarkets and a bakery - The apartment has a nice terrace and a small garden

Points négatifs : - The shower's quality is very poor and it's leaking everywhere. - Despite there being two bathrooms, only one has a toilet, which is inconvenient for 4 guests. - The toilet is positioned too high (for sure not respecting any standards), which makes it very uncomfortable to use. - It appears that some of the furniture may be old or of inferior quality. - The deposit is relatively high and they won't give you the key without proof of payment, which is not required in other places in France.

Points positifs : Mieszkanie w pełni wyposażone z klimatyzacją. Dwa tarasy - słońce i cień. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - do morza bardzo blisko. W pobliżu sklepy, apteka, restauracje. Blisko do przystanków autobusowych i stacji pociągów - doskonała okazja do zwiedzania pobliskich miast pociągiem. Garaż przy apartamencie. Polecam na wakacje.

Points positifs : Appartamento ampio, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Altamente consigliato.

Points négatifs : Water posizionato troppo in alto, a fatica toccavo con i piedi a terra.

Sauber und Großzügig in guter Lage zum Strand

Points positifs : Großzügiges Appartement mit allem was man braucht. Gute Lage mit Nähe zur Promenade und zum Strand. Eigener Tiefgaragenplatz. Wer gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist, läuft auch problemlos bis in die Altstadt und den Hafen von Antibes. Nur 800 m zum Bahnhof. Orte wie Cannes oder Nizza haben wir mit dem Zug besucht.

Points négatifs : Das Objekt ist neu. In der Tiefgarage liegt noch viel Zementstaub in der Luft.
