Points positifs : L emplacement de l appartement est parfait pour tout faire à pied. Dans la vieille ville, proche du marché, des restaurants, des boutiques, du cinéma, des musées, du port. Dans le centre mais dans une rue calme. Aucune nuisance du centre ville. L appartement est agréable à vivre. La literie est confortable.
Points négatifs : L insonorisation avec les autres appartements, mais nous sommes dans une construction ancienne.

Perfect apartment in a perfect location!
Points positifs : This property has everything you could want and more for a stay in the south of France. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for me and my partner. This is the most well equipped apartment we’ve ever stayed in- it has everything from multiple coffee machines, air conditioning and a washing machine. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the old town with direct access to the market and a 5 min walk from the beach. Ivan was so accommodating and friendly to communicate with and nothing seemed like too much bother. Arrival details were clearly laid out and getting to the apartment was so easy with Ivan’s directions. We stayed here for 10 days and we couldn’t have wished for a better place - it was perfect. If you’re thinking about booking Antibes, book this apartment it’s such value for money! Thank you Ivan for a perfect stay.

Comfortable and close to everything
Points positifs : One of the most well equipped apartments we've ever stayed in. Just around the corner from the Marchè Provencal, cafès and restaurants yet extremely quiet when inside the apartment. Good modern kitchen if you like to cook. Very comfortable bed. Windows for fresh air. Our host left great detailed instructions for self check-in. Also in the apartment was a Practical Tips List with the host's contact number, emergency phone numbers and other useful information - great idea! Very good communication with the friendly host.
Points négatifs : When exiting the apartment there's a step down which could be a trip hazard. Perhaps something could be done to mark this area.

Great location to stay and explore
Points positifs : Great location in the heart of Antibes, everything is about 5-7 minutes walk ( except station which is 15). The apartment is really well kept, done up lovely and very cosy for a few nights stay. It’s very accessible, just a few steps.
Points négatifs : The bathroom is still old and takes away a little from the whole apartment but still works just fine. There is no aircon in the bedroom so it gets stuffy

Points positifs : La struttura molto carina, arredamento moderno, utensili necessari per cucinare anche se non era dotato di scolapasta. Acqua calda, bagno comodo e posizione strategica a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro di Antibes. E infine nonostante il nostro arrivo notturno dovuto per colpa del ritardo dell’aereo il proprietario è stata molto disponibile.
Points négatifs : Poche cose della struttura non mi sono piaciute. Le principali sono che il bagno non dispone di finestra, e che l’appartamento si trovava al piano terra (ma era come se fosse più interrato rispetto la quota del suolo).
