Points positifs : Emplacement idéal au centre de Juan les pins proche pharmacie,boulangerie,magasins alimentation...etc... Également proche des plages. Il a été récemment rénové et il est très bien équipé, beaucoup plus que dans de nombreux endroits où je me suis rendue,ce qui est très agréable. Plaque induction top. Nous avions à disposition du Perrier,du lait,cacao en sachets pour mon fils,du très bon café à l arrivée ça a été très appréciable pour nous. Belle surprise. Les grands lits sont très confortables. De plus la piscine située sur le toit nous a fait passer de très bons moments au calme. La facilité d accès depuis l appartement est un vrai plus pour s y rendre même pour de courtes baignades. Le balcon est top également pour manger. Nous avons été très bien accueillis,je recommande cette location.

Vacances confort
Points positifs : Hébergement au top. Joli. Bien équipé, il ne nous a rien manqué, bien placé, avec Clim, parking et piscine ! Nous recommandons, ainsi que Xavier qui nous a superbement bien accueilli et aussi dépanné immédiatement quand nous l’avons appelé. Un service de qualité !

SEJOUR AU TOP :-) MAGNIFIQUE
Points positifs : Superbe appartement entièrement rénové, conforme aux photos et décoré avec gout. Il est très bien équipé et vraiment fonctionnel. Que du positif à retenir avec en plus la piscine sur le toit, la terrasse, le parking qui est facile d'accès. A 5 minutes de la plage à pieds. C'est Top. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Nathalie et Xavier sont des hôtes très disponibles qui nous ont remarquablement bien accueillis. Nous recommandons sans réserve et prévoyons un séjour beaucoup long prochainement.

A comfortable, well equipped and clean flat that became a great launch pad into the Antibes region.
Points positifs : This is an apartment that is great because of its location. While it didn't have a view, it was very convenient to move about the area and get to things. Also it was great to have the balcony to sit out on.
Points négatifs : The advertising for the flat is great but, putting 4 in the title made me think that there was a separate sleeping area for another 2 people. Really this flat is for a couple, and while the sofa bed was excellent, easy and very comfortable it made the place feel small when in use. So I wouldn't sell the place as 4 man, but as a 2 man with option for an extra couple.

Points positifs : Sehr freundlicher Empfang (Xavier). Terminabstimmung über WhatsApp. Voll ausgestattetes Apartment. Bäcker und Lebensmittelhandel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Tiefgarage! Platz für einen Mietroller. Tolle Dachterrasse und Pool. Volltreffer
Points négatifs : Leider waren die fotografierten Möbel nicht auf der Dachterrasse. Insofern nur eingeschränkte Nutzung möglich.

Points positifs : It was one of the best apartments I have ever rented. Thank you Xavier and Nathalie for being such great hosts! The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need for a stay, and the hosts even did some shopping for us beforehand. The chocolates we received upon arrival were delicious. You feel welcomed as a guest here. The location is also amazing with several bakeries around the corner, a supermarket, a playground, and the beach.
