Appartement très agréable, climatisé et proche de la plage !
Points positifs : Proche de la plage 🤩 et parasol à disposition dans la placard ainsi que des chaises de plages ! Centrale et tout a proximité Appartement fonctionnel et pratique avec petit parking disponible pour petite voiture ou scooter par exemple Cuisine équipée et à l’arrivée café et les reste des locataires précédents (huile d’olive vinaigre etc) donc bien pratique quand on arrive tard 2 balcons /Terrasses très agréables Literie confortable :) Climatisation dans l’appartement Lave linge petit et fonctionnel bien agréable à trouver !
Points négatifs : RAS Ou Peut être ajouter un petit lave vaisselle :)

Points positifs : Emplacement parfait : proximité de la mer, le centre ville, le vieil Antibes. Place de parking petite mais appréciable. Chambres confortables. Climatisation.
Points négatifs : Assez peu de vaisselle (pas de moule à tarte ou autre, peu de verres). Poêles en assez mauvais état. Vaisselle dans des éléments très hauts, ce serait bien d'avoir un tabouret car nous avons eu du mal à attraper la vaisselle.

Nice apartment centrally located
Points positifs : Nice place with good temperature control. Short walk to beach, and close enough too old town. Very comfy beds and nice couch in living room. Welcoming host
Points négatifs : Very slow wi-fi- needed to turn off on phonee and pads, as it did not work

Fab apartment in Antibes
Points positifs : Very good location within 5 mins walk of the old town with its restaurants, bars and entertainment. Large size with two bedrooms, large living/dining/kitchen and good bathroom with separate loo. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good Internet and very extensive range of English language TV, sport and movie channels via IPTV service

We had a great time! Beaches and Provencal market with excellent produce just a few minutes walk.
Points positifs : Lovely to be met and shown around on arrival. Our host emailed a lovely welcome letter, which had useful info about the apartment and the surrounding area, plus instructions - in English - for all the appliances! Such a good idea - all hosts should do this! Excellent location, minutes from seafront yet very quiet. Light, airy, spacious apartment, with a homely feel with pictures, ornaments. soft lighting, cushions and a well stocked library. Two balconies were brilliant, one in sun, one in shade, and chairs and tables on both. Aircon effective and quiet. Comfy bed. Useful to have a washing machine.
Points négatifs : The kitchen was small and awkward. Irritating to find (not mentioned in the inventory) a full size oven whcih did not function, and a whole cupboard full of bakeware we could not use, taking up space. The cookware needs replacing - 2 saucepans were not compatible with the induction hob, two frypans were too old with flaking non stick surfaces and none had proper lids. There was a tall fridge taking out working surface, and an empty space which could have housed a dishwasher. Despite this, we enjoyed some lovely meals in the elegant dining area!

Points positifs : Lovely, well- equipped, comfortable apartment in fantastic location - very close to beach, shops and old town. Main bedroom well sound-proofed with quiet & good air- conditioning. Plenty of space.
Points négatifs : Quite a lot of traffic noise at times in second bedroom.

Jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft!
Points positifs : Die LAGE ist sehr gut. Strand und Altstadt fußläufig sehr schnell erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe! Das große Schlafzimmer durch doppeltes Glas vom Straßenlärm gut geschützt. In der Wohnung waren Strandsessel, Sonnenschirme und Matten, sowie Strandspielzeug für Kinder vorhanden. Sehr praktisch, wenn man mit dem Flieger da ist! Die Waschmaschine war sehr nützlich.
Points négatifs : Im kleinen Schlafzimmer war der Straßenlärm stark zu hören.

Amamos Antibes e muito disto se deve a ótima estadia.
Points positifs : A localização é mesmo maravilhosa! A ambientação também está muito boa para o inverno. Aquecedores atendem a necessidade dos adultos e crianças.

Adoramos a estadia, nos sentimos em casa.
Points positifs : A localização é excelente, perto da praia, mercados e restaurantes a poucos passos. Muito confortável estar na sala com a família,- os filhos podem brincar, ver TV, aproveitando a vista de uma das varandas, enquanto conversamos na outra parte da sala, na mesa de jantar próxima a a outra varanda. O ar condicionado funciona bem para aquecer a sala um pouco quando preciso. Os aquecedores dos quartos são suficientes para manter o conforto das dormidas. Prédio Limpo, zeladora simpática. Praia do Ponteil a 200 metros, maravilhosa tanto no calor como no frio. Parque infantil próximo.
Points négatifs : O tamanho da garagem é bem apertada, melhor alugar carro de 4 lugares. Mesmo assim, é muito bom o apartamento ter garagem.
