Fabulous! Cannot reccomend enough.

Points positifs : Beautiful flat, very well located-in a sweet part of Juan les Pins on a very charming street with restaurants and near Pam Pam and other night life. Quick walk to the station to Antibes. The flat was clean, well decorated, and in a safe nice building with a lift. The bathroom was spacious and modern. Further we weren't sure about the fold out bed beforehand, but it was comfortable and easy to use. The host Axel was above and beyond! Not only was he flexible, responsive, kind and willing to store our luggage. But he also left work with a friend to help carry bags. Can't recommend staying here enough!

ottima casa

Points positifs : La casa in se è davvero ottima, pulita e funzionale, c'era tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno( soprattutto per la cucina). La zona è perfetta, a 5 minuti c'è il mare e attorno ci sono tanti ristorantini e pub molto belli, è una zona piena di vita ma comuqnue la casa rimane molto silenziosa. Per la zona e i prezzi generali del posto il costa era ottima

Points négatifs : La casa si trova dentro la ztl, nonostante questo non abbiamo mai fatto fatica a trovare parcheggio in zona, ma è da fare attenzione la prima volta che ci si va. È poco illuminata, la luce principale è molto calda, fin troppo.

Points positifs : Posizione centrale a neanche 5 minuti dalla spiaggia, il palazzo è nella via principale ma dando su un posteggio interno è anche molto silenzioso

Points positifs : Espaçoso e muito bem equipado. Com forno, fogão, microondas, frigorífico, congelador, chaleira, máquina de café, torradeira e máquina de lavar roupa. Deixa azeite e condimentos para os próximos guests. Sofá-cama confortável. Localização absolutamente perfeita!

Points négatifs : É inconveniente ter de nos encontrar com o proprietário afastado da propriedade para recolher as chaves uma vez que chegamos com bagagem. Para além disso, não indicou a hora do check-out, só na própria manhã. De resto tudo impecável!!

Points positifs : Eine schöne, hübsche, komfortable Wohnung, die sehr gut eingestellt und eingerüstet ist. Sie befindet sich nah zum näheren Strand (circa 3 Min zu Fuß) und zur Bahnstation (5 Min zu Fuß). Nach Antibes dauert ein Fußweg direkt über den Hügel 20 Min. Direkt unten der Wohnung finden Restaurants, Stores statt. Trotzdem ist es im Apartment sehr leise und gemütlich. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war leicht, deutlich und prompt. Vielen Dank an Axel für seine Hospitation. Ich kann genau sein Apartment empfehlen. Чудові гарно оснащені апартаменти, які знаходяться дуже близько до всього: хвилини 3 до пляжу, 5 до жд станції, 20 пішки до Антібу прямо через холм. Знизу магазини, ресторани, але в квартирі тихо та затишно. Комунікація з власником легка, швидка та зрозуміла. Дякую Акселю за гостинність і сміло рекомендую його послуги.

Piso bien ubicado en plena costa azul y con acceso a la playa muy próximo.

Points positifs : La ubicación,está muy bien comunicado en el centro del pueblo con tiendas,bares,restaurantes. El tren está también muy cerca para ver Cannes,Niza y Antibes. El piso es cómodo y limpio y está en un edificio bien cuidado y con aire acondicionado.

Points négatifs : Para ser perfecto le faltan algunos detalles como secador de pelo,toalla de manos , un cuchillo que corte bien, un cazo que sea para induccion,una plancha e instrucciones para manejar la tv. Y esto es una cuestión particular pero apreciaría que las sabanas,almohadas y fundas fuesen blancas

Points positifs : A localização era ótima e o lugar era muito limpo e agradável.
