Great spot, but issues unresolved
Points positifs : The bed was very comfortable, the apartment was nicely decorated, and clean and the location is perfect — right in the old town and close to everything.
Points négatifs : Although there is a window, being on the ground floor, it lacks natural light. which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. There were also small visible mold spots on the walls, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, a €500 damage deposit had to be paid days before arrival, with a promise it would be refunded 10 days after check-out. Today is the 13th day since my stay ended, and I still haven’t received it.

Antibes is a lovely town with a lot of activities to explore. It is also quite easy to get a train
Points positifs : The property was in a great location. Within 5 minutes walking distance to the main parts of old Antibes.
Points négatifs : I loved the location close to the squares yet still quiet when we got back. It was also very secure. It is a compact property but worked well for my wife and myself and our adult son.

Points positifs : Good old town location, walking distance to sights, beaches, restaurants etc. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Aircon worked well. Small studio flat but ok for us 2 adults to sleep in then spend days out exploring.
Points négatifs : Daylight from windows in bedroom area only.

Perfect location and value for money
Points positifs : Location perfect, a quiet . Lovely local restaurants just a minutes walk from the apartment. The main area is only a minute to start strolling through to see the sights in the beautiful old town of Antibes

Points positifs : I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cosy. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of Antibes, with everything just steps away. It was also very easy to find, and the communication with the hosts both before and during my stay was excellent. They were kind, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Antibes. Highly recommended.

Appartamento elegante, pratico e ben posizionato.
Points positifs : Appartamento confortevole, finemente arredato, spazi pratici e funzionali, eravamo in 4 siamo stati benissimo. Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare la Costa Azzurra e la Provenza.
