Excellent location in the middle of the old part of Antibes.
Points positifs : Excellent location in the old part of Antibes right on Gravette beach. The lovely and laid back owner Anke, helpful and flexible in her approach. The flat is decorated in a nice mid-Moroccan style, fully equipped.
Points négatifs : Not necessarily a disadvantage, but the flat consists of two floors and a mezzanine, so if someone has an aversion to walking up stairs this could be a problem. There is a restaurant below the flat, so if anyone requires absoute silence they will need to close the windows.

Points positifs : This apartment was very nice and clean, in a perfect location — just 2 minutes from both the sea and the city center. The apartment has three floors: the kitchen and bathroom are on the first floor, the living room is on the second, and the bedroom is on the third floor. When you step outside, there’s a restaurant and a bar right next to the house.

We would stay there again.
Points positifs : Clean. Recent renovations. Had everything we needed. Central location. Restaurants at our doorstep. Anke the host was great.
Points négatifs : Difficult to carry large suitcase to bedroom which was up two levels. Left them in the kitchen area. Was ok.

Perfect location, great apartment and accommodating host
Points positifs : We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The space was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Will definitely be back!

This is the perfect choice for anyone looking to explore the best of the area just steps from apartment door.
Points positifs : Very cosy apartment with very helpful host. Perfectly clean and renovated with high quality. Located in the heart of Old Town Antibes. Plenty of restaurants nearby and bakery around the corner. Right next to Market Provencal where you can buy delicious regional products. Just few steps from the beach and popular leisure activities.

Points positifs : Das Appartement ist sehr charmant und schön eingerichtet. Es erstreckt sich über drei Ebenen, wobei auf der untersten Ebene Küche mit Esstisch und Badezimmer sind, auf der nächsten Ebene das Wohnzimmer und ganz oben, auf einer Art Galerie, das Schlafzimmer. Die Aussicht aus den Fenstern bietet im Sommer die Baumkrone, wenn man im späten Herbst oder Winter dort ist, kann man wahrscheinlich bis aufs Meer schauen. Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist top, die Nähe zum Strand und zur Altstadt toll, eigentlich der perfekte Wohlfühlort. Wir wurden herzlich von Anke empfangen, die die Wohnung betreut und uns tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben hat.
Points négatifs : Nachts ist es sehr laut. Im Haus ist eine Cocktailbar, die jeden Abend ca. 60 Sitzplätze vor dem Haus hat, die sich ab 22 Uhr stark füllen. Dazu kommt laute Musik aus dem Inneren der Bar, die ebenfalls im Laufe des Abends/der Nacht lauter wird. Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes war keine Nacht vor 2 Uhr morgens Ruhe und die alten Fenster im Appartment bieten relativ wenig Lärmdämmung. Wir haben bereits letztes Jahr mitten in der Altstadt von Antibes gewohnt und natürlich kann es mal etwas lauter werden, aber auf so viel nächtlichen Lärm waren wir nicht vorbereitet.

Központi helyen, jól felszerelt, nagyon jó ár-érték arányú szállás. Antibes is remek hely, vonattal Cannes, Nizza és Mon
Points positifs : Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés: piac, strand, üzletek, vasútállomás, parkoló a közelben. A szállásadó segítőkész és elérhető volt. A szállás pont olyan, mint a képeken.
Points négatifs : Csendesebb, mint a többi közeli utca, de egy bár és egy étterem van az ablak alatt, amik hangosak voltak. A lakás 3. szintjén lévő galériára a légkondi nem ért fel, ott nagyon meleg volt, amin ventillátorral lehetett kicsit segíteni. Ablakot nyitni a zaj miatt nem lehetett éjfél előtt.
