Pleasant apartment in a nice complex

Points positifs : The apartment is a good size and had everything we needed. It’s in a secure complex which has a nice swimming pool and a tennis court. There is a big supermarket close by. The walk into Antibes takes around 15 minutes but a little longer on the way back as quite a steep hill and it was hot! Antibes itself was lovely.

Points négatifs : I’m no really a fan of separate toilet and bathroom but that’s just my taste. I can’t think of anything else.

Relaxing stay in well equipped apartment.

Points positifs : The lovely swimming pool. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy to walk to Antibes and Juan les Pins. Response from management was always very prompt. Loved the large balcony and outside spaces.

Points négatifs : Being told that we had to collect the key from a separate location at the last minute, and after we had already made our travel arrangements from the airport, was a bit inconvenient.

Anbefales! Spesielt for familier med større barn.

Points positifs : Flott leilighet med god beliggenhet. Gangavstand til både gamlebyen Antibes og Juan les pins. Supermarked rett nede i gata. Stort pluss med svømmebasseng og tennisbane i tilknytning til eiendommen. Enkelt men brukbart tennissett i leiligheten og et par andre utendørsleker. Stor terrasse med utsikt over en frodig hage. God kommunikasjon med utleier.

Points négatifs : Depositumsordningen. Det kreves et relativt høyt depositum som blir reservert men ikke trukket fra kontoen din, til et firma utenfor booking.com. Per d.d har ingenting blitt trukket fra kontoen, så jeg antar at ordningen er trygg og det ikke er noe problem. Kunne allikevel ønsket mer informasjon om vilkårene.

Points positifs : Super apartament. Położony w cichym, ustronnym miejscu. Doskonale wyposażona kuchnia. Duży salon. Część sypialna z dużą szafą. Wygodne łóżko. Oddzielne wc. Łazienka z wanną i natryskiem. Pralka. Dwa oddzielne klimatyzatory w salonie i sypialni. I, co było super - duży taras, z miejscem na stół na śniadania oraz część wypoczynkową. Jest także markiza automatycznie rozsuwana , ale nie korzystaliśmy. Super szczelne żaluzje na oknach gwarantowały całkowite zaciemnienie. Dla nas bardzo ważne było posiadanie miejsca na samochód w podziemnym garażu. W czasie upału rzecz niezastąpiona. W Antibes miejsca parkingowe jest bardzo trudno znaleźć. Na koniec - możliwość korzystania z basenu. Czysty, z leżakami i parasolami, na odpoczynek po wycieczkach idealny. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry.

Points négatifs : Dla nas to było miejsce na dalsze samochodowe wypady. Jeśli lubisz piesze wycieczki, to spacerkiem ok 20 min dostaniesz się do najważniejszych miejsc w Antibes. Możesz rozczarować się plażami.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, entspannten und erlebnisreichen Urlaub.

Points positifs : Sehr gepflegte Anlage, ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Modernes freundliches Appartement mit allen Dingen, die benötigt werden, ausgestattet und mit einer schönen großeTerrasse. Stadtzentrum, Strand, Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Bahnhof alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Great spot up the hills.

Points positifs : Good location up the hills with fresh air. Large great pool, tennis court and green garden. Clean. Good balcony with a distant view of the ocean and shade during the day. Was able to work on the balcony. Ideal for 2 people. Works for 4 as well - then sleeping on sofa in living room with excellent matress. Kitchen with all necessities. Excellent washing machine. Underground garage for the car.
