Très beau séjour

Points positifs : Réception parfaite. Laurent est très aimable. Appartement bien organisé, propre, avec climatisation et bien aménagé. Le jardin, c'est parfait : les enfants ont eu de l'espace pour jouer, et il y a suffisamment d'ombre grâce à la verdure. Globalement, c'est très bien.

Points positifs : The host was very pleasant, friendly, and always available. The apartment is spacious with a separate entrance. Parking is available on-site, but keep in mind that the space is a bit narrow.

Fabulous house, perfect for the dog, great host

Points positifs : The house was so beautifully decorated, with lovely touches of furniture and art. It was immaculate. Really easy to find and perfect for our 7 month old. puppy. The garden was secure with gravel area and plants and a hot tub. Laurent the host was very friendly and super helpful. He lived in the house next door which is accessed through the garden. Proper well stocked Supermarket, bakery, chemist a 2 minute walk. The kitchen was already stocked with lots of condiments, oils, tea, coffee, foil etc so no need to buy any of this. Antibes centre is walkable but a good 40 minutes. Dog walk next to river leading to the sea just 2 minutes walk. This section of beach, it was also possible to take him off the lead. Secure parking in the driveway with locked gate was useful, but we had an XC60 and it just fit, anything bigger may be a struggle. Can’t wait to go back.

Ottimo soggiorno

Points positifs : A pochi passi da spiaggia e supermercato. Appartamento silenzioso con posto auto in cortile interno. Lavatrice, forno, microonde, macchina Nespresso. Abbiamo apprezzato il letto Queen size e le tende oscuranti presenti in tutta la casa per un ottimo riposo.

Points négatifs : Per i prossimi ospiti evidenziamo di ricordarsi di predisporre la cauzione richiesta

Apartament zlokalizowany w cichej dzielnicy , w odległości 2 minut pieszo supermarket a 12 minut piękna , duża plaża Fontonne

Points positifs : Tolle Einrichtung und ein sehr guter Gastgeber, danke Laurent. Lage zum Kiesstrand ist optimal, dort konnten wir auch problemlos mit unserem Hund hin. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bank und Apotheke in 2 Minuten erreicht. Toll sind auch die gut funktionierneden Klimaanlagen. Banhof in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, von hier fahren die Züge nach z.B. Cannes und Nizza.

Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in einer gut durchdachten Ferienwohnung.

Points positifs : Strategisch war die Lage sehr gut, da wir mit einem Hund angereist sind und wir in ein paar Minuten an einem felsigen Strand waren. Ein Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten Fußweg von der Unterkunft entfernt. Alle unsere Ausflüge haben wir bequem per Auto oder per Zug von der Unterkunft aus getätigt. Der Gastgeber war bei Anfragen unsererseits sofort erreichbar und bemühte sich sofort um Abhilfe. wirklich sehr empfehlenswert.

Points négatifs : Der Gastgeber fragte zum Schluss, ob wir Verbesserungsvorschläge haben. Ein Fliegengitter an der Terrassentür oder auch im Schlafzimmer wären sehr sinnvoll, um sich vor Mücken und Insekten zu schützen.
