Great place to stay to enjoy the beachs and Azur coast spots.
Points positifs : Nice fully equipped appartment with AC very close to the beach, railway station, restaurants and shops. The host is very kind and helpful.
Points négatifs : Microwave would have been à plus.

Points positifs : We had an amazing stay at Casa Blue Azur! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a thoughtful welcome gift upon arrival – such a lovely touch! The location is perfect, just a one-minute walk to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were truly super hosts – warm, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Juan-les-Pins. Thank you for everything!

Welcoming, spotless, exceptional !
Points positifs : This stay was absolutely fantastic! 😊 Communication with the host was excellent – such a kind and friendly person, always available and ready to help. We received great tips for exploring the area, which made our trip even better. To top it off, the host gifted us some fresh local products – including delicious pasta sauce from the region! Such thoughtful gestures really made us feel welcome. The accommodation was spotless – ultra clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed. Honestly, nothing to complain about at all. It’s truly one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in as a regular Booking.com customer. I 100% recommend this place – you won’t be disappointed! 🌟

Points positifs : Recensione seria: Posizione top, vicino al mare e al centro di juan le pins. Ottimo per visitare le città limitrofe in quanto è a circa 30 minuti/ 1 ora da tutte le città più belle della costa azzurra. Vicino a svariati parcheggi ma tutti a pagamento, circa 15€ al giorno chiedono. Tanti supermercati in zona (consiglio per non spendere una follia nei ristoranti) Mi raccomando se viaggiate come noi con il cane sappiate che le spiagge dove può entrare sono solo quelle a pagamento e sono molto costose. In quelle libere non può andare. La padrona di casa è disponibile e gentile
Points négatifs : La casa di per sé curata e completa di tutto, trovate dalle pentole all'ombrellone per la spiaggia libera. Tutto a vostra disposizione! Per quanto riguarda la pulizia un po' una pecca... abbiamo trovato sotto al divano letto una bottiglia vuota e svariati calzini dimenticati e una sigaretta! Anche il condizionatore un po polveroso e qualche mobile con ante rotte 🙈ma per il resto okay

Points positifs : Casa completa di tutto vicinissima alla spiaggia,se uno vuole può non spostare la macchina x tutto il soggiorno! Anche se i parcheggi sono tutti a pagamento 😂 I proprietari molto disponibili!

Perfect Stay in Juan-les-Pins !
Points positifs : The apartment had everything we needed. Clean, cozy and nice. The A/C worked perfectly, and the street was quiet and peaceful. The best public sandy beach is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, and there are also many private beach bars nearby. All the restaurants are within easy reach, and the city center of Juan-les-Pins is just a 5-minute walk away. Everything is very close—even the train station is nearby. I highly recommend this apartment. The host is very friendly and helpful, and she gave us great advice on what to visit in the area.
