Points positifs : Emplacement à proximité de la plage, equipements du logement (lave vaisselle, machine à laver le linge, box garage) et prise en charge rapide des eventuelles demandes au gestionnaire

Points négatifs : Le box etait un peu petit pour notre vehicule (normes de construction des annees 70 sûrement), mais pratique

Points positifs : Jolie appartement ,bien agencé ,terrasse superbe Bonne literie y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement ,lave -vaisselle, lave linge ,fer a repasser ,clim silencieuse A 2 minutes de la plage Boulangerie ,boucherie, restaurants ,2 supermarchés tout près Bus pour le centre d'Antibes a deux pas Personne de contact accessible en cas de besoin

Points positifs : I liked staying in this apartment very much. Has all the necessary conveniences like conditioning, all cooking facilities, toaster, microwave oven, big refrigirator, coffee machine, a very nice big terrasse in a nice calm neighborhood 300 m from the beach. The owner is a very polite kind person who always stays in touch and reacts very quickly to all your questions. There are several supermarkets very close to the flat which is very convenient too. Oh! And i forgot to mention the price. It was unbelievably low which is also a very big plus😀 So my verdict: the apartment is worth staying in by all means!

Points positifs : I liked everything very much. The location is close to the beach and entertainment, a great place. I would recommend it to my friends.

Points positifs : Nähe zum Strand, fußläufig Restaurants, Geschäfte, kleine Bars, Supermarkt, Boulongerie . In der Altstadt von Antibes ist man zu Fuß in ca. 40 min. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sehr große Terrasse .

Points négatifs : Die eingestellten Fotos der Terrasse entsprechen nicht dem Zustand. Die Pflanzen sind vertrocknet, die Möbel nicht gepflegt, die Verkleidung des Außengerätes der Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden. Sehr schade, auf den Fotos sah es so schön aus.

Excellent location but the apartment need a serios makeover

Points positifs : Very good location, close to the beach, enough playing grounds for children, quite street, the apartment was good structured with a big terrace and all you need for a longer stay. The contact team very fast in responding.

Points négatifs : The apartment needs some good renovation, on the terrace was in poor condition, the bathroom as well needs a good renovation. The check in was not ao smooth as expected. We received the code for the apartment door but no further info on how to get in the building, which floor, door number.. cutlery dirty, some old products left by other people in the shelves. We informed that the air conditioning is not working, the sun umbrella on the terrace as well and even if they said they will take care on it, it did not happen by the time we left.

Points positifs : Heel comfortabel en fijn verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Heerlijke bedden, veel ruimte in het gehele appartement (voor 1-2 personen). Mooi en groot terras. Goede locatie, dicht bij het strand en bij supermarkt(en). Vloerverwarming in o.a. de badkamer, separate wc. Airco is aanwezig, niet nodig gehad. Ook kun je met rolluiken de kamers/licht afsluiten.

Points négatifs : Helaas lag het terras op het noorden, waardoor er bijna geen zon op het terras viel in de tijd dat ik er verbleef. Ook was het heel lastig om het appartement binnen te komen: ik kreeg instructies toegezonden maar de sleutels van de buiten deur lagen niet op de plek die was aangegeven. Ik moest via de buren naar binnen komen, waarna er bij de binnendeur wel sleutels in een kluisje zaten. De douche houder kan niet worden opgehangen, deze moet je zelf vasthouden. De klantenservice was beschikbaar via whatsapp en reageerde in de meeste gevallen snel, maar soms ook niet. Er waren geen instructies aanwezig bij het in- en uitchecken, zoals het WiFi wachtwoord en wat je moest doen met bijvoorbeeld het afval. Deze informatie moest ik opvragen via Whatsapp. Ook gaf de contactpersoon vooraf aan dat er geen wijnglazen aanwezig waren, deze waren er wel, dus daarom heb ik deze voor niets zelf gekocht..

Points positifs : Blisko plaży i niedaleko centrum. Doskonałe WiFI. Klimatyzacja. Taras na plus. Doskonały stosunek cena/jakość.

Points négatifs : Miejsce garażowe jest wąskie, ale VW Passat sedan się zmieścił. Na styk:)

Wir wollten gern noch bleiben und hatten eine super Zeit.

Points positifs : Es ist eine schöne Wohnung mittendrin. Man bekommt schnell alles was man braucht und hat mit der Terrasse eine kleine Idylle für sich. der Strand ist sehr dicht dran. Wir haben uns am Strand Liegen gegönnt - als Tipp- das Geld lohnt sich dafür.

Points négatifs : Alles war gut. Das Parkhaus ist für große Autos sehr eng, doch mit viel Rangieren passt es irgendwie. (Audi A6)
