Exactly as depicted and everything you need!

Points positifs : Easy arrival and very clear instructions for key collection. Clean and bright with everything you need (even a diffuser for the hairdryer). Also, some reviews say there's no air con, but there absolutely is. There is one in the living room and one in the bedroom (plus a very strong fan) and it was very comfortable during a week of extreme heat. I was there for business in Cannes, so I didn't get much time in the apartment, but it was very convenient for commuting to Cannes and getting away from the commotion of it too.

Points négatifs : Not really a problem for me because I was there so little, but you can definitely hear street noise and noise from the trains and station. However, the trains seem to stop between 11pm-6am and the town is pretty quiet then too. It's only a consideration if you're extremely sensitive to noise.

Easy Beach getaway

Points positifs : The host was super communicative and showed great patience when I has a silly issue with my deposit. Place is new construction, but no noise was heard from work going on in the building. All appliances were fantaatic!' Location was key, close to everything. Train station across the street, beach a few minutes down the hill, and a Spar basically next door:) Bed was comfortable, shower hot and strong, lovely large balcony! Oh! And it has those solid metal gates, so it was pitch black and no noise got in, wecslept very late everyday which was amazing!

Points négatifs : I'd have to say that no a/c must be pointed out for those folks that need it. There are 2 super strong fans that worked well for us. But we don't like ac anyways so it was fine for us.
