Location, comfort, convenience.

Points positifs : The location was exceptional if you like to be in the heart of the old town with everything you need just a few steps away and the (paid) parking and beach about 300-400 metres away. The property had a good feel - spacious for two people (although 4 would struggle). There was a nice balcony overlooking the busy street, and a hanger for drying washing. The dishwasher ensured that crockery and cutlery were sparkling, and not smeared by poor hand-washing that you find in other properties. It was on the first floor with a short flight of steps, and although the lounge could feel noisy in the evening being above a lively bar, by contrast, the bedroom, at the back of the house was completely quiet. We stayed a week and asked Emilie for an extra tea-towel and change of hand towels. She responded right away, and it was no problem at all. We really enjoyed our stay.

Points positifs : The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect if you are not afraid of the noise The host fulfilled our request that we needed additional items: iron and blanket in our case

Points négatifs : The apartment is at the square where the bars are not closing until 3 am. It is quite loud during the night in the room that has a balcony towards the square. The bed in this room is also very sensitive to the movement of the person. Two people with sensitive sleep can struggle there. There is no noise in the second room. And the no problem with a bed.

Well appointed apartment right in the heart of Antibes!

Points positifs : Owners were great and went out of their way for me. Excellent location with wonderful small balcony. Grabbed a coffee & sat out on it watching Antibes wake up & come alive every morning. Everything in the apartment seemed new.

Points négatifs : It’s hard to find anything even a little bad. Really everything was as described and fabulous. If I could wish for anything I’d like slightly wider stairs, but then the entry wouldn’t have its great historic charm.

Points positifs : Flott leilighet midt i smørøyet😀 Kort vei til stranden og båt havnen. Flott altan hvor man kan sitte og følge med på livet.. Enkel tilkomst til leiligheten. Veldig hyggelig vert som var lett og kommunisere med.
