Appartement magnifique et très bien situé pour un séjour à Antibes

Points positifs : Super séjour à Antibes, l’appartement est superbe et aussi beau que sur les photos. Très moderne et guide bien équipée. La localisation dans la vieil Antibes était parfaite, en plein centre mais très calme la nuit, pas de bruit. La vue depuis l’appart ainsi que la rue étaient très agréables. Un grand merci à Regis notre host qui a été très sympa et à l’écoute.

Great location in old town Antibes

Points positifs : Fabulous location right in the centre. Well equipped apartment and lovely living room. Large windows overlooking the garden. Easy to access with codes and a key lock box. Happy to recommend.

Points négatifs : Nothing although as noted in other posts with a lot of pale colours and white walls, somethings could do with a refresh but we found the apartment clean and very comfortable.

Points négatifs : The bathroom needed some touch-ups

Beautiful property, easy to find, convenient and worth a stay if you want everything close by.

Points positifs : The communication by Regi was superb. We received the codes on the day and it was all very easy. The location is superb in Old Town, near to all the local amenities and nice beaches and about a 15 minute downhill walk from the bus/ train station. The property has 2 good sized bedrooms, a nice living room, large walk in shower, lovely kitchen and ample TVs, with all channels in French, not that we were bothered. It has a lovely garden to relax if you want peace and quiet. The property was easy to find and near to the local shops for croissants and bread, also 2 small shops selling general groceries all within walking distance. There are lots of lovely restaurants close by and the Absinthe bar was amazing and is recommended. We really enjoyed this location and property and will definitely use again.

Points négatifs : Some aesthetics needed some TLC but that is minimal, we loved it all.

Quiet, peaceful and in top location

Points positifs : The location; it is a quiet, peaceful, clean and modern apartment that was in line with the description on booking.com; clear instructions from the hosts regarding door entrance code and key lock, the peaceful back garden (which we are sure is particularly welcome later in spring and during summer); excellent WiFi

Points négatifs : We had no issues at all but other guests might have small concerns: of the two bedrooms only one had a heater, we are fairly experienced and independent travelers but others may find it useful to have an updated folder with information regarding the appliances, maybe a local map of the old town, a list of nearby shops, an introduction to local public transport, what to do in case of a (medical) emergency, etc.. I know all this is available online but even today not everybody is computer-savvy.

Points positifs : Easy to find from the Bandstand. And a lovely little garden to explore.

Points positifs : Excellent location - very central - newly refurbished and really lovely. 2 decent size bedrooms and well kitted kitchen

Points négatifs : Fans in the bedrooms were noisy and one was broken - no big deal but if it had been high summer could have been a problem. Oh and need more wine glasses!

Points positifs : A modern clean flat close to everything. The self-check-in was smooth.

Points négatifs : The wifi shared with us didn’t work. It was important to my wife, since she had a work call planned. Though we sorted that out buying a eSim at the end.
