Points négatifs : Le seul bémol serait le bruit. Il est situé sur une place et j’entendais le matin les poubelles, sinon l’appart est vraiment top

Very relaxing and comfortable stay in such a lovely city.

Points positifs : The location was great overlooking a square and it was easy to get around anywhere. The apartment was comfy and spacious. We found the bed and pillows very comfortable. It was good to come back from travel and relax.

Points négatifs : The person who gave us the keys did not explain anything to us so we had to chase up the host for information. No instructions how to use washing machine etc. The stairs were a bit tricky but we managed and it was worth the effort. There was some street noise from the rubbish collection in the morning and the sea birds. A minor issue related to no plug in the kitchen sink nor the fry pan being able to be used due to its poor condition.

Awesome and very enjoyable stay in a great location!

Points positifs : The appartment was located right in the centre of Antibes where all the main attractions were. The property was very clean and spotless. The bathroom was bigger as expected and the kitchen was equipped with all necessary appliances required. Decent size for the living room too. Isobel was also quick to reply to all our queries before and after. As our flight was late in the evening, we asked if we could check out later and we were allowed to do so without the minimum of fuss for which we are extremely grateful.

Points négatifs : We didn’t like the narrow steps leading to the appartment as it is on the 3rd floor. Also the bin men come to collect rubbish at various times during the day or early morning. This can be disruptive if you are trying to sleep especially the morning.

Points positifs : Beautiful appartment at a great location. We were two adults and two teenagers, and the layout of the appartment worked very well for us. Very helpful personnel.

Points positifs : Perfect transportation, right in the city center with everything you need. There are very delicious seafood market and gelato shops …The house itself is very spacious, perfect for cooking and lounging

A beautiful apartment with everything you could want for a fantastic visit to Antibe.

Points positifs : A beautiful apartment. A period property that has been renovated to an exceptional standard. The kitchen is filled with modern appliances and everything you could ever need. The bed scores 5* for comfort . You couldn’t get better for location, over looking the bust square where there was always something to see. Minutes from the beach and local market. The hosts were super welcoming and on hand to help with anything. I will definitely be booking to stay again.

Tasteful aesthetic, unparalleled location and modern apartment

Points positifs : Superb clean apartment, smart and tasteful aesthetic, joyous location, new air conditioning system and good soundproofing of the windows.

Points négatifs : The cooker unit and oven did not seem to work, possibly the batteries / power unit needed changing.

A very pleasant stay in charming Antibes, which we would willingly repeat.

Points positifs : There is everything to like about the apartment. Exactly as advertised - bright, modern, in the heart of old Antibes. It feels airy and spacious, and very well appointed with every appliance one could wish for. Much of the equipment is of very high quality, for example a built-in American style two door fridge freezer, and a good new microwave. The apartment is quiet and comfortably furnished.The people looking after the property were very helpful and quick to respond.

Points négatifs : The only reservation we had was that some of the appliances are in a tired state: for example the cooker’s control markings had worn to invisibility. Also the beautiful shower only partly worked.

Points positifs : The Property was very centrally located overlooking square . It was bright, clean, modern, well equipped and communication with host was clear and easy.

Great location. Lovely view of the square. Clean, well appointed.

Points positifs : I had not received instructions and the host had forgotten my booking. I called. He was mortified. However, he got the cleaner over quickly. She was helpful and pleasant. We had to wait an hour in the square until all was ready. So they recovered the problem well.

Points négatifs : Bins being emptied every morning at 5 or 6 am outside the window. No black teabags.
