Points négatifs : Dans l'idéal, la place de parking privé devrait être inclus dans le prix de la location. Pas toujours évident de trouver une place de parking sur le Boulevard, de plus les places de parking sont payantes. Le Boulevard est très passant, mais l'hôte n'y peut rien 😀.

Points positifs : La rue est très bruyante mais l'appartement a une bonne isolation acoustique avec les autres appartements. Un petit jeu de cache cache téléphonique avec la propriétaire pour les clefs, mais avec le sourire, beaucoup de gentillesse, de confiance et sans réel problème. Fauteuil/lit pas confortable pour un long séjour et lorsqu'on a des problèmes au dos. Nous sommes restés 4 jours et 3 nuits. L'appartement est très propre, bien aménagé et agréable avec une belle terrasse d'où on voit l'hippodrome et la mer :)

Points positifs : Studio très agréable, la propriétaire de ce studio est très accueillante. J ai trouvé à mon arrivée des détails qui font très plaisir ( café. Thé, biscuits, gel douche, shampooing) tous ces détails sont exceptionnels et font plaisir à notre arrivée. Je recommande.

Points positifs : Face à l'hippodrome, belle vue et surtout Florence super hote à l'écoute et arrangeante.

Points positifs : La vue est exceptionnelle, dégager et ensoleillé. La décoration est jolie, la literie est bonne et le studio est fonctionnel. De petites attentions sont présentes tel que le café, thé à disposition ainsi que du gel douche, dentifrice... Idéal pour les séjours très court. La propriété est très sympathique, elle est flexible sur les horaires. Elle nous à indiqué l'itinéraire pour ce rendre à l'appartement. Vraiment très agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. Merci beaucoup.

Great location! Only 200 meters to the beach, nearby supermarket and nice balcony.

Points positifs : Great location! It is only 200 meters to walk to the Promenade de la Plage, i.e. the beach promenade and the beach. Supermarket and bakery just up the road. The supermarket is located at the corner of 76, Bd Maréchal Juin and Boulevard J F Kennedy. The bakery is excellent and is located on the opposite side, just a few meters further up. The owner/contact person is very nice and helpful. The balcony has sun all day. Great way to start your day: Sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. You can rely on the pictures you see. The pictures are correct.

Points négatifs : It was very hot in Cagnes-sur-Mer during my visit. 29 Celcius/ 85 Fahrenheit. There is a fan but it does get very hot. It was hot everywhere and really has nothing to do with the standard or the furnishing of the studio.

Points positifs : The space is thoughtfully furnished, with just the right balance of comfort and functionality. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking in, and the Wi-Fi was strong enough for video calls and remote work. What really sets this place apart, though, is the attention to detail and the clear effort to make guests feel welcome—from the smooth check-in process to the little touches that made the apartment feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal, with great access to the beach, public transport, shops, and restaurants. The only thing is there was no air conditioner in the apartment which was indispensable during such hot summer.

Points positifs : Schnuckeliges Appartament mit toller Aussicht. Privater Stellplatz im Hinterhof (eingezäunt).

Points négatifs : Bett statt Klappsofa wäre besser. Dank der gegenüberliegenden Pferderennbahn kann es einen unangenehmen Geruch geben.
