Points positifs : Équipement cuisine complet et lits confortables ( pas des clic clac)

Points négatifs : Sanitaires un peu vieillots en particulier la douche au carrelage abimé non étanche et des traces de vin au plafond dans la cuisine qui génère un sentiment de non propreté. Bruit et lumière de la rue, peut-être mieux occulter par des volets qui se ferment et avec du double vitrage.

Points positifs : la propreté et la gentillesse du personnel . la rapidité de réponses. l'emplacement .

Logement parfait bien situé proche de la Croisette

Points positifs : Logement au deuxième étage sans escalier mais facilement accessible la personne de l'hôtel à côté où nous avons récupéré nos clés nous a aidé à monter les valises et nous a présenté l'appartement et le fonctionnement Logement propre agréable très bonne literie salon avec canapé convertible télé avec tout ce qu'il faut Netflix box salle de bain agréable avec wc séparé cuisine bien équipée avec un micro-onde une plaque à induction sinon nous avons passé un très agréable séjour pendant 4 jours Logement très bien situé à côté du Palais des festivals de 100 m environ Jolie terrasse Beaucoup de commerce et de resto dans la rue mais qui reste assez fréquenter la journée et calme le soir en cette période novembre Très proche de la gare facile à trouver si vous venez à pied

Points négatifs : Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le chauffage mais comme nous avions des couettes supplémentaires à disposition nous avons pas eu besoin de l'aide de l'assistance Juste à revoir peut-être remettre un étendoir à linge en bon état il manquait un pied on a dû le caler sur la table sur le balcon et le rail de la porte de la chambre côté salon à réparer que nous avons indiqué à la fin de notre séjour comme nous étions pas beaucoup présent dans le logement cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé manquerai un mini-four peut-être si on veut se manger une pizza manque quelques accessoires ustensiles de cuisine pour cuisiner convenablement Remettre également un rideau dans le salon pour éviter le vis-à-vis Manque un petit rangement en plus dans la chambre côté cuisine car moyennement pratique d'aller mettre ses vêtements dans la commode du salon

Points positifs : Everything was clean and easy to go everywhere in city.

Excellent location, cozy and omfortable apartment for short stays!

Points positifs : We stayed with 3 friends and it did not feel crowded, the space was comfortable. The apartment has all the necessary equipment and amenities for a short stay. Great value for the price we paid. The location in unbeatable! Very close to all the touristy areas in Cannes city center. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The reception staff in the hotel next door which is where you pick up the keys was very friendly and helpful. It has parking available (subject to availability) and it is very close to the apartment. I would definitely try to reserve this flat if we go back to Cannes.

Points négatifs : We called on the day we were checking to inform that we might be arriving a little later than expected and to ask until what time will the reception desk be open for us to collect the keys. They said not to worry because they don't close, so we calmly went about our route. When we arrived to pick up the keys around 9pm, the receptionist told us he was just about to close shop. Imagine if we arrived later? We would not have been able to collect the keys to the flat. Please specify exact key pick up hours for future travellers. We also rented a parking space and were given clear and specific instructions at the reception desk on how to locate the underground parking garage and how to enter. We were NOT told that once there we were NOT supposed to use the parking elevator to exit the parking garage. Therefore, we exited via the elevator as any normal person would and arrived at the ground floor lobby of a random shopping mall whose street gates had been shut closed (it was after commercial hours). We tried to take the elevator back to the underground garage to exit via the garage gate and it turns out the elevator doesn’t go down after commercial hours. There were no emergency stairs, so we had no way of exiting and reaching the apartment. We called the hotel, and they told us that we were not supposed to exit via the elevator, and they had no way to help us get out. After a few minutes of panicking, a shopping mall employee that was passing by helped us get out. If it weren't for him, we would have slept in the lobby of the shopping center. You should alert your guests about how to properly exit the garage. All in all this did NOT ruin our stay. I just think its important to alert new guests so it won't happen again.

Comfy and clean apartment in a central location.

Points positifs : Property was in a really good central place, staff were very kind and friendly, kitchen was well furnished and apartment was clean.

Points négatifs : Shower pressure a little low

Studio with a great location.

Points positifs : The first impresion of the apartment is pretty bad but give it a day and you will see that you are in a most practical place in cannes. Very close to the beach, on the shopping street, above the most popular bars. The studio has a fully functioning kitchen which is needed in expensive cannes.

Points négatifs : The studio that we were situated in is very small for a family and has no balcony. The parking is great but there is no option for using your car to visit other cities because it is in the center and getting out of cannes and back in busy hours is very problematic - there is the train station veey close to the apattment as an option for this.

Points positifs : Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko parking. Pomocna obsługa. Na jedną, dwie noce super.
