Points positifs : Lovely space, great balcony! Theyve kept it so clean and tidy too! Was a great location for Cannes, also considering whats available in Cannes for accom, this was far better than what we expected to find! Thanks again!
Points négatifs : Sadly was only one key, so my colleague and I had to share and coordinate return times etc. Wasnt too bad but deffo would be great to have another key!

Fabulous apartment!
Points positifs : Great position, very close to the Croisette and the beaches (although we were there for work so mainly concerned with getting to the Palais and nearby hotels, which was easy enough). Very spacious apartment, very well-equipped kitchen and great wifi connection. The beds are super comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
Points négatifs : Couldn't get the television to work, but it didn't bother us too much as we were there for work. A full size mirror would be nice, but again there are mirrors in the flat.

Excellent choice for families
Points positifs : Lovely apartment in a great location close to beach. Plenty restaurants and shops around although the very centre is a 15 min walk. Price is rather good considering how expensive Cannes is.

ideal for Mipim stay
Points positifs : very clean, all facilities clean and looked new, very convenient for MIPIM (our reason for staying), good instructions for remote check-in
Points négatifs : only 1 toilet so for 4 people this is not ideal but at least toilet separate to shower

Points positifs : Jó volt az elhelyezkedés. Tágas volt a szálláshely. Jó a felszereltség.
Points négatifs : Valamikor valóban luxus apartman lehetett, de mostanra már lelakták az itt megszálló vendégek. A bejárati ajtón a kilincset ragasztó szalag tartja a helyén. A nappaliban a bőr bevonatú székekről hámlik a bőr, ami szétszóródik a szobában, amitől úgy tűnik, mintha piszok lenne. A padló nyikorog minden lépésnél, ez meglehetősen zavaró. A lakás felett a következő szinten gyerekek rohantak a szobákban reggeltől estig, ami nagy zajjal jár. A szomszédok hangosan veszekedtek, minden áthallatszott. Késő éjjel ez szintén zavaró volt. Kevés volt a wc papír.

Points positifs : Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Apartment. Es war sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Besonders praktisch war die zentrale Lage – Supermärkte, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

Tutto perfetto, lo consiglio
Points positifs : Gli spazi, molto ampi. L’arredamento nuovo. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Ben organizzata. Vicinissima alla spiaggia. Nell’appartamento Non mancava niente. C’era tutto anche i giochi per il mare.

Appartamento bello ed accogliente. Un soggiorno molto piacevole.
Points positifs : Tutto perfetto, pulitissima, ben arredata e attrezzata di stoviglie, prodotti per il bagno e per pulire la cucina, tutto nuovo e pulito. Tenda esterna aria condizionata, Wi-Fi , stendino, avvolgibili elettrici. Vicinissima alla Croisette. Molto graditi i fiori freschi sul tavolo all’arrivo.
Points négatifs : Un suggerimento: fornirla di teli da bagno più grandi e qualcuno in più.

Мы получили большое удовольствие от проживания здесь, и были бы рады вернуться еще раз.
Points positifs : Очень просторная, светлая, современная квартира, оборудованная всем необходимым для комфортного проживания. Прекрасное расположение в шаговой доступности от набережной Круазетт, пляжа, ресторанов и магазинов. Гостеприимный хозяин, всегда оперативно отвечающий на любые запросы. Рядом проходит железная дорога, но в квартире отличная шумоизоляция и с улицы не слышно посторонних звуков.
