The apartment is bright, cosy, well-equipped, close to the beach and places of interest.

Points positifs : The apartment is well furnished and has everything that a traveller would need - the facilities really makes you feel at home. The access to the apartment by code is easy and do away with having to carry (and lost) the keys. There is free wifi in the apartment too ! The location is really good, with restaurants and food places nearby, as well as proximity to the beach.

Points négatifs : The noise from the party goers at the bars downstairs, but the property host has thoughtfully installed shutters which when let down, does shut out the noise level by almost 80%. Very thoughtful of the host to have the shutters.

Für meine Dienstreise war die Wohnung sehr gut.

Points positifs : Tür mit Code, sehr praktisch. Gute Lage, nah am Strand, am Palais, am Bahnhof und an den Geschäften.

Points négatifs : Das Waschbecken im Bad ist sehr klein. Abends kann es laut werden, da die Unterkunft über einer Bar liegt.

Points positifs : Квартира очень чистая, все необходимое и даже больше есть! Посуда, включая бокалы для вина и шампанского ,все хорошего качества! До пляжа 5 минут, если не меньше! Хозяин квартиры очень отзывчивый!!! Доступ в квартиру по коду, очень легко найти!

Points négatifs : Внизу диско бар, но это от квартиры независит😔

Gern wieder.

Points positifs : Das Zimmer war hervorragend. Man ahnte erst schlimmes im Hausflur, aber das Zimmer ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Das einzige, was man im Vorfeld wissen sollte: die Wohnung befindet sich über einem Pub in Mitten des Nachtlebens. Von 23:30 bis 4:30 ist es richtig laut - grad wenn man mit Kinder verreist, ist das zu bedenken.

Points négatifs : Die Hausnummer ist nicht außen sichtbar.
