Points positifs : Appartement fidèle à la description, très clair même pour un 1* étage

Points positifs : Apparemment superbe. Terrasse très agréable. La place de parking super pratique. Propreté impeccable. Bref tout est parfait.

Côte Azur is always a good idea 😉

Points positifs : Clean, recently refurbished, nice terrace. The bedroom is on the small side but fine, but it is compensated by the direct access in the terrace. Kitchen new and well equipped (although we have only used the Nespresso machine), living are large, overall very nice and great value for money

Points négatifs : Being Italians, we miss the bidet in the bathroom and we found bizarre to have WC into a “telephon cabin” size room rather than in the bathroom: quiete claustrophobic. Plus there are no windows neither aspirator in the WC, so it’s not very pleasant. Towels provided are only two and shower one a touch small, this can be easily y improved.

Beautiful and quiet appartment with garden view

Points positifs : Beautiful appartment, great balcony with the view on the garden from living room and bedroom. Well equipped appartment. Very close to Cannes downtown. Good parking space in the garage. Awesome check in instruction.

Points positifs : Struttura molto bella, appartamento di recente ristrutturazione arredato con gusto e ben accessoriato poco distante dalla passeggiata lungomare della Croisette. Buona la pulizia, supermercati nelle immediate vicinanze e fermata del bus sotto casa. Inoltre offre posto macchina coperto comodissimo si arriva direttamente all appartamento dal garage tramite ascensore.Bella terrazza dove poter mangiare all aperto con vista su splendido giardino interno.Direi miglior appartamento di cui ho usufruito a Cannes. Se posso dare un consiglio magari mettere una pentola in più x poter fare della pasta a cui gli Italiani sono abituati.

Points positifs : Eine super schöne Wohnung. Sehr groß, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolles Badezimmer mit Regenwalddusche. Zwei Balkone mit traumhaftem Blick in den Garten. Lebensmittelmarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strand in ein paar Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig 😌. Ich habe sehr gut geschlafen 😴. Ich war zu kurz da und muss unbedingt wieder kommen 😜👍👍👍. Während der ganzen Zeit fand eine umfangreiche und ausführliche Kommunikation statt, so dass ich mich als Alleinreisender sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt habe 👍👍👍

Points négatifs : Die Kommunikation bezüglich des Check ins war super und sehr ausführlich, aber dennoch kam ich mir aufgrund der ganzen Anweisungen wie bei einer Schnitzeljagd vor 😝😝😝. Aber aus Sicherheitsgründen alles nachvollziehbar und letztendlich habe ich es auch sehr schnell verstanden und gefunden 🧐🤓😝👍

Points positifs : Mooi ruim en mooi ingericht, zowel binnen als buiten ! Top locatie makkelijk bereikbaar ! Parkeren ondergronds op eigen plek

The property was great! It had everything we needed and the location was perfect.

Points positifs : The property was in a great location to explore Cannes on foot. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The gardens were beautiful and quiet. We rented a car and the parking spot was key for us. Asmae was an excellent host. She was very proactive and responsive. If we visit Cannes again, we will for sure stay here.

Points négatifs : I can’t think of any negatives.
