Points positifs : J'ai séjourné dans cet appartement situé sur la Croisette à Cannes et je ne pourrais pas être plus satisfait. L'emplacement est idéal, un accès facile aux plages, restaurants et boutiques. L'appartement est moderne, propre et bien équipé, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le propriétaire était accueillant et réactif à nos demandes. Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour une expérience mémorable à Cannes.

Points négatifs : The common area of the building - the entrance , corridor and staircase as most properties in Cannes is not maintained.

Points positifs : I loved the flat. Its beautifully decorated, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were clean and had all necessary amenities.

Great flat, fantastic location, super for work trip or family stay!

Points positifs : Great location, right in the Center, super easy to reach all places. We walked 4 mins to our conference place. There is the train station close by too, so we took the train to reach the airport. The flat is tastefully decorated. It has AC is all rooms which was a clear plus for us. The host was very nice and super accommodative and let us check in much earlier.

Wonderful, we will be back! Highly recommend for a business trip

Location, location, location! Super stay

Points positifs : Great location, very central, walking distance to the beach and to the Palais of Festival were we had the work event. It was very convenient. The check in was very smooth as there is a self check in so you can arrive anytime you want and not worry about your plane being delayed on the arrival. The host was nice and accommodating.

Appartamento superbo

Points positifs : L’appartamento è nuovo e finemente ristrutturato. Comodissimo sia per i servizi in zona sia per la distanza dal centro congressi(5 minuti a piedi) sia dalla spiaggia (3 minuti a piedi). Consigliatissimo

Great stay in Cannes near beaches, shopping and markets

Points positifs : Well located bright apt, perfect for 2 guests. Apt had everything required for a comfortable stay just steps from the fun neighborhood and beach area, Cannes Croisette. The host was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the bathroom and expeditiously got the matter taken care of. Additionally the host promptly responds for any questions/information. There is a daily produce market at the end of the street which was fun to explore and shop at.

Points positifs : This apartment is close by to everywhere the downtown and restaurant. close by carrefour store . Totally in a prime location. As well the apartment is quite spacious and clean and modern style when u get in to the apartment. And apartment has strong Internet if you are working

Points positifs : La casa è situata in un punto ottimo della città... centrale ma al contempo tranquillo. Abbastanza pulita e dotata di tutto ciò che serve per rendere la vacanza confortevole, soprattutto utilissima la lavasciuga necessaria in quanto manca un balcone per stendere il bucato.

Points négatifs : Il letto è piuttosto scomodo perché ha due materassi singoli che si spostano in continuazione. Il palazzo è un po' fatiscente e poco pulito.
