Points positifs : Très bel appartement, spacieux lumineux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Très bien situé pour aller à pied à la plage (15 min) ou prendre le bus. La Croisette est à 12 min à pied. Il y a une machine à laver le linge, lave vaisselle, la cuisine est très bien équipée. La terrasse est très appréciable et donne sur le parc.

Points négatifs : Pensez à apporter votre linge de maison. Il n'y a pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur ( suffisant pour nous). 19 places de parking devant la résidence sécurisée, mais nous n'avons jamais eu de problème pour nous garer.

Lovely place with a sea view

Points positifs : The apartment is great, well-stocked and clean and comfortable. on-site parking was a major plus! great location.

Points négatifs : It’s an older building, so there’s a dire shortage of electrical outlets - bring an extension cord! Two of us had to telework during our stay and it was very difficult, we couldn’t charge our laptops and phones at the same time. that was the only minus point.

Great location, cosy and peaceful

Points positifs : This lovely location features a spacious green garden, making it a wonderful place to relax. The cozy house is thoughtfully designed with all the utilities you might need, and everything is kept clean and well-arranged. The presence of an elevator is definitely a great convenience. Overall, both the apartment and the house are spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. market and coffee house is just nearby.

Points négatifs : There was no A/C, and it was really hot with the sunshine shining in from the balcony. I used the tent on the balcony, but it still wasn't enough to cool the room at the back. Additionally, the noise from passing trains and cars could be heard outside, especially during the night.
