Points positifs : Très bon accueil de l'hôte à notre arrivée. L'emplacement et la possibilité de garer son véhicule sans trop de contraintes et appréciable. Dans l'appartement tout est bien pensé, et joliment décoré. Lors de mon prochain passage à Cannes nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner. Nous recommandons cette location.

Très bon rapport / qualité / prix.
Points positifs : Le logement est très moderne, très bien équipé pour une famille de 4/6 personnes.
Points négatifs : Les lits sont simples (pas de lit double) et un peu petit (je mesure 193 CM) mais la literie est de bonne qualité ainsi que les oreillers et les draps.

Fantastic place.
Points positifs : Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, sunny and on a very quiet street close to many beaches, shops , bakeries and restaurants. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

Comfortable stay in a quiet, well-equipped apartment
Points positifs : the apartment is really great and the free parking is a big plus — you can park right in front of the building on a quiet private dead-end street. We loved the kitchen, especially the big counter. The place is spacious, modern, and very clean. The host was super responsive — probably the quickest we’ve experienced. We had a electrical outage at night which was a bit scary, but he replied straight away and fixed it within minutes. We were honestly so grateful he was available...
Points négatifs : check-in wasn’t very smooth. I didn’t receive details in advance, and since the host hands over the key in person (no key box), our early arrival due to rain was a bit inconvenient. His initial reply didn’t seem very understanding, though he did arrive about 30 mins later (not sure, but the host seems to live in the same building?) I was quite stressed about informing him of our arrival and departure times. the shower water wasn’t hot (sth we’ve experienced elsewhere too) which could be an issue in winter. We also had to wait about an hour for the water to warm up after arrival. - I’d like to clarify a few points regarding the ratings and comments. 1. Regarding the sub-ratings: Booking.com did not show numeric scores when I filled out the review — it only provided four face options (😀 🙂 😐 🙁). I simply chose the one that felt closest to my experience. that is a result of Booking.com’s scoring system rather than an intentional attempt to rate anything harshly. 2. Regarding the arrival time: on the morning of the stay, I asked for check-in instructions and was told to message about one hour before arrival. That is why I sent a message at 16:00 saying we would arrive around 17:30. The arrival window entered at the time of booking was made about a month earlier, and realistically it is difficult for travellers to know their exact schedule that far in advance. It was also a rainy day which changed our plans slightly. I do appreciate the effort to meet us personally. However, from a guest perspective, check-in logistics are also about expectation management. In many places the process is more flexible (e.g., a key box or someone regularly on site). Knowing the host needed to arrange childcare and travel to meet us added some pressure around timing.

A perfect home in Cannes
Points positifs : The owner waited for us upon arrival (communication before was excellent, with a quick response from the owner). The property was as it is described and photographed. The food store and bakery are within a short walking distance, downtown is a 15 min comfortable walk. The street is quiet, and free parking is a real extra in Cannes. The building and garden are beautiful, as are all the people we met in and around the building. The apartment is fully equipped, comfortable; heating and hot water function perfectly as well. If anyone has doubts about the nearby railway track, please do not worry, it doesn't create any inconvenience. I am very happy I booked this apartment, I would definitely book again if in need of a nice place in Cannes. We had the perfect stay in Cannes, it felt like a real home, and the owner was kind and available. I can only recommend this beautiful apartment in a 1930s old villa building equipped with all modern facilities. A real gem :)
