Elegant house with a superb garden

Points positifs : A very comfortable, large apartment with a fantastic garden and all the comforts one needs to feel at home during the holiday. The gated area provided safe parking. The house is close to the supermarket and local shops, and only 15 15-minute walk to the beach. The owner was very supportive and flexible to help.

Cute house in the heart of cannes

Points positifs : The whole apartment is just as shown in the pictures. Very large apartment and goof enough for 4 persons to stay. Just 5 mins to the beach and nice walk around the promenade. Free parking

Points négatifs : It could have been a bit cleaner. Other than that no complaints

Superb, delightful apartment that makes you feel at home the minute you talk in the door.

Points positifs : What a wonderful host and delightful apartment! Despite the fact we couldn't check in until after midnight (after our flight), our host stayed up to greet us at the gate, cheerful and welcoming. An elegant building, an elegant entry. Nice to be on the ground floor just off the entry. First impressions once inside: amazing. The apartment is much larger than it appears in the photos. The garden patio is exquisite (we spent all our mornings there, enjoying breakfast under the sun) and some evenings too. The kitchen is great (thank you for the Nespressos!!!). Also, a quiet neighborhood, with a sweet chocolatier/ice cream shop 1/2 a block away. Restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance — as is the beach. And lots of help from our host on where to find good restaurants and navigating Cannes. Thank you Villa Nova Linda. We'll be back!

Points positifs : Unser Vermieter ist ein zuverlässiger und herzlicher Mensch. Wenn wir länger da gewesen wären, hätten wir ihn einfach gerne zum Essen eingeladen. Zu Fuß war Cannes prima erreichbar und zudem war der Parkplatz Gold wert. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und wir hatten einmal sogar einige Freunde auf der Terrasse zum Wein trinken einladen können. Es war einfach Spitze.
