Luxurious Apartment with Sea and Carlton View

Clean, quiet, well-located apartment with a lovely terrace; minor key issues didn’t affect the stay.

Points positifs : The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, yet it's centrally positioned with easy access to much of Cannes. It was clean and well-maintained, and the host kindly accommodated an early check-in. Throughout the day, a pleasant cross breeze flows through the space, and the terrace is ideal for enjoying a drink and conversation in the evening.

Points négatifs : Picking up the key was a bit of a challenge. We had to walk a few blocks to a small shop to collect it, and the code we were given didn’t work. The shopkeeper didn’t speak English, which made resolving the issue difficult. It took about 20–30 minutes to get in touch with the property manager, but once we did, he resolved the problem quickly. Only one key was provided for two people, which was inconvenient since our schedules didn’t always align. We had to coordinate daily around who had the key. Additionally, the property didn’t have a trash bin, so we purchased one and left it behind for future guests.
