Points positifs : L’appartement avait tout ce qu’il fallait, super bien situé et avec une magnifique vue. La propriétaire était adorable et disponible. Une vraie perle.

Séjour très agréable et bon emplacement
Points positifs : La gentillesse de notre hôtesse très à l'écoute de nos demandes, la parking privé sécurisé parfait. La terrasse bien exposée et très agréable, les équipements correspondaient à notre attente. La situation près des commerces, des restaurants de la plage et du port. nous pouvions nous déplacer en bus ou train, le tout a proximité.

France riviera near Cannes
Points positifs : Location; parking in garage(it's nice to sit in cold car); sea view;Pablo Piccaso sand beach 500m away; swimming pool (you need braceled,which is in living room),cabel tv;olympic games Paris 2024 ( in Nice stadion we watch women soccer game);informations and communacition from owner;free welcome gifts ( special cookies,coffe,tea and water).
Points négatifs : No internet (the owner offered it for xxEur),but we had a lot of mobile GB to share,so we didn't decide to rent internet. Air conditioning in walls is not real air conditioning,it is more fan,becouse it is not blowing cold,4-6C air like in car,when i test it at mechanic workshop. Maybe they didn't switched from winter to summer,like they do at my work.;) If you cook(you should,when you see prices in Michelin restaurant near by:)( Slovenia is cheaper, North Macedonia wins for me)), it gets hot, becouse the apartment is also on sunny side of building. I also bought bags for trash for 3Eur ( i could't found them, but i didn't ask owner,where are they).;)

A wonderful stay at Golf Juan
Points positifs : Very good location of the apartment, close to the coast and an excellent position for visiting Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, Nice ... Well-equipped apartment with a large terrace. The kitchen has everything for a pleasant stay. Parking space in the garage, which meant a lot to us. And of course, the wonderful Ms. Chantal and Mr. Jean Michel, who took care of our stay.
Points négatifs : Wi fi should be introduced, it's the 21st century. In any case, I recommend this apartment.

Ótimo apto para viagem com crianças pequenas.
Points positifs : A localização é ótima. O apto fica em uma vila calma, com boas praias, restaurantes e estação de trem. Ótima localização para visitar a costa, mas também para curtir o local. A vista do apartamento é linda e aproveitamos muito a sacada. Cozinha bem aparelhada. Os proprietários são super simpáticos, disponibilizaram berço e até deixaram presentes para os bebês.
Points négatifs : Apesar da garagem ser bem boa, para quem tem carro com bagageiro, apesar de entrar na garagem, não consegue entrar na vaga.

Ottima posizione per le escursioni di giorno e per le passeggiate serali. Pulito ordinato e molto comodo l’appartamento.
Points positifs : Ottima posizione, comoda alla spiaggia, ai ristoranti, all’imbarco del traghetto per le escursioni. Ottimo il posto auto in garage. Ottimo l’appartamento, con bagno grande e comodo terrazzo vista mare. Deliziosa e disponibile la proprietaria.

Points positifs : Klein maar fijn, rustig gelegen, appartement met een mooi ruim balkon en leuk uitzicht. Heel schoon en compleet, het ontbrak ons werkelijk aan niets. Bij aankomst wachtten ons zelfs heerlijke koekjes en een fles water in de koelkast! De (afgesloten)parking, waar we ook onze fietsen kwijt konden is zéker een pré aan de drukke Cote d'Azur. Bakker, supermarkt, leuke terrassen en restaurants, allemaal om de hoek. De uitleg bij aankomst was heel duidelijk en de communicatie met Céline, de eigenaresse verliep vlekkeloos, echt fantastisch!

Un bellissimo appartamento in una posizione fantastica!
Points positifs : Posizione perfetta. Alloggio molto ben curato e pulito in una struttura molto bella con piscina privata e molto vicino al mare e al centro del paese nonché al porto. La host é una persona molto disponibile e premurosa. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che serve ed è molto pulito. Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento. 5 stelle! It's a really nice and cosy place in a very good position. It is very close to the beaches, the city center and the port. It is located in a charming residence with private swimming pool. The host is a very nice person, I loved her kind availability. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. 5 stars!
