Points négatifs : Il manque un micro ondes. Sinon tout était parfait.

Malgré l’arrivé un peu compliqué superbe séjour très agréable le voisinage est très agréable et très calme

Cosy apartment for a relaxing stay

Points positifs : It was our second stay in the apartment. Great location, amazing green and quiet territory with a swimming pool, 7 minutes by feet to the sandy beach, close to Antibes and Cannes, big supermarket nearby. Two separate bedrooms with bathrooms and air conditioning were a big plus for our family. Spacious living room with a comfortable kitchen and terrace with a beautiful garden view. The apartment is very clean and includes everything you need for a relaxing stay. Check-ins and check-outs were made independently and went smoothly. Staff is very nice, responsive and attentive. Last year we forgot one personal item and it was safely kept and returned. We will definitely come back next year.

Points positifs : Appartamento molto confortevole, insonorizzato, molto bene equipaggiato con attrezzatura di qualità. All' intero di residence tranquillo in località ben servita. Comodo il supermercato ad un paio di minuti di cammino. Insuperabile la presenza di posto auto riservato. Molto bello anche l'esterno. Non so dire sulla piscina che non abbiamo utilizzato. Grande frigo e comodo freezer, lavatrice e lavastoviglie ottime. Appare attrezzato per viverci stabilmente. Pulizia molto accurata

Points négatifs : Mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare le istruzioni per l'uso del forno (che non è per me molto intuitivo).

Points positifs : Appartamento in residence pulito e silenzioso; cucina molto ben fornita di piatto e stoviglie, spazi ampi, letti comodissimi, non abbiamo potuto usufruire del posto auto in garage perché la ns auto è alta 190 cm ma abbiamo trovato parcheggio lungo la strada del residence

Points positifs : Comfort location materassi perfetti attrezzatura cucina garage impagabile visto che esternamente è impossibile parcheggiare. Essendo inverno non ho potuto godere del giardino ma il verde intorno molto curato

Heel erg comfortabel, ruim en in een rustige omgeving.

Points positifs : Mooie en fijn ingerichte ruimtes. Alles wat je in een keuken nodig hebt was aanwezig. Fijne bedden en stoelen en een heerlijk rustige omgeving.

Sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, der mit ein klein wenig Aufmerksamkeit noch gesteigert werden könnte

Points positifs : Die Größe und die Anlage , in der sich das Haus befindet waren sehr gepflegt und man hat einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Kurzer Weg zum Meer, zum Bäcker und abendlichen mobilen , günstigen Pizzabäcker.

Points négatifs : Es gab leider keine Informationen über die Mülltrennung und Entsorgungsmöglichkeiten. Auch WLAN musste nachgefragt werden , obwohl mit freiem WLAN geworben wurde. Leider war auch die Rezeption nie besetzt, im Falle eines Liegenlassen des Schlüssels im Haus wäre man ziemlich aufgeschmissen. Die Reinigung darf gerne noch etwas intensiviert werden( Tomatenflecken an der Küchenrückwand, Spinnweben an Lampen und Flecken im Bad)

Points positifs : Geschirrhandtuch und Einrichtung der Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Klimaanlage, Einrichtung, alles gut.

Points négatifs : Es fehlt: Erklärung zur Müllentsorgung, Badehandtücher, eine Rolle Toilettenpapier etwas wenig.
