Points positifs : Tout Magnifique appartement à vue incroyable Très propre

Points négatifs : Quelques capsules de café auraient été les bienvenues, et un set pour la vaisselle.

I spend a fantastic, truly restful 8 days in this place. I will definitely go again.

Points positifs : We drove to Cannes from London and we arrive the morning after than our predicted time. It was very easy to contact the estate agent and arrange a different meeting time. They were very helpful. I loved the sea facing that the hour had. I could see the see every body while sitting on the balcony. I could also see the swimming pool, which was very warm and very pleasant ( I did use it one day).. The balcony goes all around the apartment and it is well equipped with sitting armchairs and cushions. This has been by far the best holiday home I have booked in more than 20 years and I do travel a lot. The apartment was super equipped. Anything we wanted was there. Really great. I felt at home.

Points négatifs : The only thing is that the Appartment does not have is air conditioning. We went in September, the weather was very nice but not very hot. It did not go over 30 degree. We did not feel hot in the house as there are quite few trees around. But I wonder how the flat would be in July and August when the temperatures are normally higher than 30 degree.

Perfekte Wohnung in zentraler Lage zu den Hotspots der Cote d‘Azur.

Points positifs : Sehr ruhig, schöner sonniger Balkon. Gute Ausstattung und viel Platz für eine Familie. Privater sicherer Parkplatz.

Points négatifs : Lage ist etwas ausserhalb so dass man immer das Auto benötigt aber das sieht man natürlich vorher.
