Points positifs : L appartement est très bien équipé. Contrairement à beaucoup de location où il y a 4 fourchettes et 4 assiettes, ici il y plus qu il n en faut. On se croit chez soit . C est bien agréable. J ai pu me préparer mon repas parfaitement. Le balcon est fort plaisant et sans bruit.

Points négatifs : Le canapé lit est un peu dur c est le seul point noir de notre séjour même si le propriétaire nous avait prévenu.

Points positifs : Propriétaire aimable et très attentionné , appartement sécurisé très bien situé vue sur mer, propreté irréprochable, plage et restaurants aux pieds de l'immeuble, parking privé.... tout était réuni pour un séjour serein et agréable.

Points positifs : Très bon emplacement, proche plage, restos et port. Petite vue mer .et le top c’était le parking . Belle terrasse. Propriétaires très arrangeants nous avons disposé de l’appartement dès midi.

Points négatifs : La voie ferrée est proche mais vraiment pas gênante

Points positifs : Très chouette appartement avec une super situation géographique . Proche de la plage, des commerces, des transports. Propriétaire très sympathique. Je vous le recommande ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine !

Points positifs : The balcony was spacious with enough room for the whole family in the lounge furniture, we really spent much more time than we had expected in the apartment only because we liked to hang on the balcony. The electric grill was surprisingly good, and it was very nice to be able to sit on the balcony and cook the food. The kitchen was very well-equipped. Close to the train station.

Points négatifs : Not directly related to the accommodation, but it was a shame that the beach bars completely blocked access to the nearest beach. I usually enjoy beach bars and the atmosphere they bring, but the way these were set up made the beach feel cut off and not pleasant to spend time on. The bars themselves also didn’t really match the quality you’d expect for the price, and felt quite closed-in when you were there. It’s definitely worth taking a walk to the beach on the other side of the harbor – it was much more open and a really lovely place to hang out.

Points négatifs : Busy and noisy main road starting at 4am and continuing all day and night.

A superb apartment conveniently situated but personally for us the wrong end of town.

Points positifs : It was well situated for the new port area with the many bars and restaurants as well as the Midi beach area. The flat is well equipped and comfortable

Points négatifs : As we prefer the Soleil beach area it was a bit of a walk but a free shuttle bus runs daytime every 45 minutes which helps. Quite a walk to the nearest shops in town if not using the shuttle bus. The mattress was a little lumpy and a unit fell off the wall as the fixing had become loose, but was quickly repaired. An unfortunate incident as it caught my companion’s head, causing a bruise.

allover a perfect stay - would be my first choice again when needing accomodation in this area

Points positifs : very friendly and supporting owner. Parking was arranged by him with free access to the port Camille de Ryon which was very helpful.

Points négatifs : internet access was not via router but with a hotspot only which limited the dataavailability

ideal location and perfect flat for a few days.

Ottima soluzione per una vacanza in costa azzurra

Points positifs : Appartamento in ottima posizione, abbastanza grande, con cucina fornita di tutti gli elettrodomestici. A meno di due passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla, vicino alle spiagge e al porto, nel caso si volesse fare un'escursione all'isola Margherita. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile
