You like to stay close to Nice and Vence, enjoy tennis, golf and the sea: don t look further.

Points positifs : rooftop, direct access to the beach, safe place with good vibes, super comfortable bed and an outstanding landlord Gilles. Welcoming, helpful advice, flexible and genuine. A great host.

Excellent choice for Côte D'Azur!

Points positifs : We spent 2 excellent weeks here. Super nice apartment and very convenient location - literally a few meters from a quiet beach. Close to Nice (10 min driving) and Cannes (20 min driving). Ah, and Gilles, our host, was super friendly and helpful :)

Fantastic well-appointed apartment near the beach with rooftop pool.

Points positifs : Well appointed apartment, clean and modern facilities. Fantastics hosts who made sure we were welcomed and shown around the unit and were available to answer any questions during our stay. Unit is located on the ground floor with garden views. There is an elevator available that can take you up to the rooftop pool and down to the garage. Supermarkets and restaurants available nearby (big supermarket chain just across the street). Beach is 30 meters walking from the front door of the apartment :). Excellent WIFI and large balcony with awing.

Points négatifs : Everything was excellent - one small downside is the tight parking space, you need to be careful not to hit the walls while driving in and out the parking unit. Large SUVs will most probably have a tough time getting in and out.

Points positifs : Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Appartement mit durchdachter Ausstattung. Gilles, der Gastgeber war bei Fragen immer schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr ruhige Lage mit Gartenblick und nur wenige Schritte zum Strand. Supermarkt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und leckere Bäckerei in ca. 150 m. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
