Siamo stati solo un giorno nell'alloggio, per cui possiamo fornire una valutazione parziale.

Points positifs : L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito, moderno, dotato di cio' che serve per il soggiorno. Ritiro e consegna delle chiavi sono stati facili: siamo stati accompagnati dall'host. La posizione è centrale, proprio a ridosso del centro della cittadina.

Points négatifs : Le scale che portano all'alloggio (piano alto, senza ascensore) non hanno la stessa qualità dell'alloggio, ma si vive nell'alloggio, non sulle scale. Manca un parcheggio privato sebbene siano disponibili parcheggi pubblici a breve distanza (ma soggetti ai vincoli ed alle necessità della cittadina).

Points positifs : Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione,dotato di cucina ben attrezzata, bel bagno e camere da letto confortevoli. Charles è stato molto accogliente e disponibile. La casa è adatta anche a soggiorni medio lunghi. È dotato di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro. TV e WiFi, non manca davvero nulla. Unica pecca l'ingresso al secondo piano vecchio e poco curato.

Points négatifs : Ingresso che dà una cattiva impressione che non rispecchia affatto il bello dell' alloggio. Il parcheggio sotto casa, uno per tre appartamenti è di difficile accesso ma a meno di 5 minuti c'è un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito.

Points positifs : We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad. Het appartement was bijna perfect: schoon opgeleverd, goed uitgerust en op een prima locatie. De keuken, badkamer en WC waren allemaal netjes en verzorgd. Het enige minpunt waren de binnendeuren – geen van de drie sloot goed en maakten veel geluid, wat soms storend was, vooral de WC-deur. Ook het trappenhuis was wat minder prettig. Als de deuren worden hersteld, zouden we dit appartement zeker opnieuw kiezen bij een volgend verblijf!

Points positifs : The host was very nice. He was already waiting near the apartment on the day of arrival on the agreed time. Handed over the keys and explained us everything. There was good amount of storage space and other things like iron and ironing board, a vaccum cleaner etc. The apartment is clean and nice, the location is very good. There were lot of shops and also couple of restaurants just downstairs. We didnt tried those restaurants but they looked very cozy and even playing live-music on the weekend evening. All in all, money well spent

Points négatifs : I drove and had a SUV. The public parking is close to the apartment but it is full almost everyday by the time we returned from our day-long trips late evening. The small space in front of the apartment is very tight. I ended up scratching my car against a wall. And that parking space is also not always available. The apartment is on 2nd floor(depending on if you count(Ground, First, Second)) and there is no lift. The stairs look old and broken in places. But once you enter the apartment, it is very nice.

Points positifs : Allt var utmärkt, gulligt och mysigt område, lägenheten var suverän med luftkonditionering med en liten balkong mot parken. Allt som vi hade hoppats på, bra kommunikation med bussar till tåget.

Points positifs : Apartament położony w ładnej wiosce z piekarnią, kawiarnią i knajpami. Do plaży niestety kawałek drogi, bo pieszo będzie około godziny spaceru. Sam apartament dobrze wyposażony, duży i przestronny.

Points négatifs : Niestety gorzej wypada jeśli chodzi o czystość, kanapa jest brudna, w szafkach można znaleźć jakieś stare rzeczy, puste butelki itp.
