Points positifs : On a beaucoup apprécié le confort de l'appartement, la terrasse, la piscine de la résidence. Convient parfaitement pour une famille. La proximité de la gare SNCF/TER et des commerces à proximité est un véritable atout. Hôte sympathique

Points positifs : La vue sur la mer Le parc très arboré La piscine très grande La qualité du logement entièrement rénové

Points négatifs : Les plages sont vraiment pas belles Les grandes surfaces (bricolage, meubles..) tout autour

Superbe appartement terrasse vue mer

Points positifs : Magnifique appartement en dernier étage, 3 belles chambres, 2 sdb, rangements, grande terrasse (équipée table, chaises, canapé extérieur), vue mer. Piscine au top. Parking privé couvert.

Points négatifs : Un peu éloigné d'un centre-ville, mais Antibes, Cannes, aéroport de Nice, faciles d'accès en voiture. Magasin bio et intermarché accessibles à pied.

Points positifs : Très joli appartement avec une terrasse incroyable. La piscine est commune à la résidence. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour !

We are very happy with our stay and would gladly stay there again.

Points positifs : Beautiful flat, plenty of space, functional bathrooms. A very quiet place. Well equipped kitchen. Huge terrace with beautiful views to the sea. Private parking, air conditioning and the swimming pool were a real bonus. Easy access to public transport. We bought a weekly train/bus ticket which allowed for travel along the coast without the need for a car.

Points négatifs : Some of us did not enjoy the ants nest in the lounge.

Definitely recommend staying here. Spacious and well equipped apartment. Middle of French Riviera.

Points positifs : The apartment was very modern and spacious with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It had all the amenities it promised like wi-fi, a kitchen with cutlery, dish washer and even a washer to do laundry etc.., an amazing balcony/patio with a dining table, access to the pool, the view was amazing. There was an elevator in the building, Overall quite lovely. Izia was a great host. I recommend purchasing a PASS SUD AZUR from the airport or any ZOU, SNCF and LIGNES D’AZUR branches if you plan to use public transport. Antibes, Nice, Cannes & Monaco are all closeby as the apartment is in the middle of the french riviera. Renting a car from the airport would be most convenient as the public transportation is average in terms of frequency and time.

Points négatifs : Earlier check in was not possible. There was no dryer. The nearest train station and supermarket was about 800m / 10 mins walk from the apartment and it was difficult to get to for some of the family members who are not very fit. You can call for taxis but they take about 10-15 mins to come sometimes.

Points positifs : Our apartment was modern and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed to have a lovely stay. We were met by a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment is less than 10 minutes to the shops and the train station.

Points négatifs : The pool was very deep and not suitable for small children.

Points positifs : Great location - near Nice, Cannes, Antibes Very clean apartment, well equipped with private parking. Swimming pool at the building, close to the beach as well. The kids had the greatest time and didn't want to leave.

Points positifs : Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terasse und der Ausblick überwältigend. Supermärkte und Bahn waren fußläufig erreichbar, alle Ausflugsorte konnten sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht werden.

Points négatifs : Ein paar Handtücher mehr wären angenehm.

Points positifs : Sehr schöne Anlage. Unser Appartement war super ausgestattet.
