Bon compromis
Points positifs : Proximité de la mer, des commerces, des transports. Résidence de qualité. Studio bien équipé. Le contact sur place, Agata, est très sympathique.
Points négatifs : Il faudrait changer le canapé convertible qui a fait son temps, les douleurs apparaissent au réveil !

Points positifs : The views were amazing and apt. Very central to everything V.L. has to offer.
Points négatifs : Parts of the apartment were disappointing, especially the kitchen definitely needs updating all appliances old and not nice to use. All other apartments we have rented in Ducal/Comodore have been of higher standard..

Great choice, really enjoyed the place!
Points positifs : It was in a nice town that was not crowded with easy access to the train(10 minute walk), it had big grocery store on the main level, great restaurants(favorite was Leo Le! Great veal and all the French fries you can eat). The beach was so nice and not crowded, strongly recommend! The view from the terrace was the best, you can see the sunrise in the morning, really enjoyed watching the planes take off and land at night! The apartment is very quiet! Darius was so nice to let us check out late the last day so we can enjoy visiting one more town! We used the train everywhere, so convenient for all the places like Cannes, Antibus, Nice, Villefrenche Sur Mer, Eze, Monaco, Menton! Yes we visited them all! It was nice to come back to a quiet apartment at night! The couch beds were so surprisingly comfortable! The terrace is the best! Bathroom is big, great water pressure! Nice kitchen with everything you need!
Points négatifs : The only thing is, the place can use curtains but it didn’t bother us at all because we liked waking up to a sunrise!

Amanhecer em Villeneuve Loubet
Points positifs : Local muito bonito, vista encantadora, tem supermercado e restaurantes próximos, praia com caminhada de 15 min. Condomínio agradável com jardim e elevador. Banheiro amplo com uma boa ducha. Cozinha com muitos utensílios, como torradeira, chaleira elétrica e microondas . Tem airfryer nova na cozinha e cafeteira elétrica com 3 saches de oferta. Tem máquina de lavar roupas.
Points négatifs : Só tem 1 ar condicionado portátil que é muito fraco; não tem cortinas, fazendo os hóspedes acordarem com o nascer do sol (a visão é linda, mas ficamos com sono!), sofas-camas bons, mas que não tem o conforto de uma cama, limpeza com falhas, principalmente na cozinha (tive que lavar todos os utensílios antes de usar). Falta manutenção no apt, com fechadura da porta solta, cadeiras descascando, etc. Não tem garagem. Tivemos que estacionar no Parking da Marina, que é descoberto, longe e caro. Apartamento muito agradável, mas faltando manutenção.
