Left wanting to go straight back amazing

Points positifs : The house is beautiful and the location is amazing literally step into the beach and so close to walk into the old town Dimitri is so helpful and is on call all the time although we had no issues at all.

Luxurious living in the most beautiful setting

Points positifs : This exceptional villa is well equipped and spacious . Very comfortable and beautifully presented . The garden is a stunning oasis of luxury and calm . Bathrooms lovely - lots of fridge space - big BBQ - 15 leisurely walk to old town- local beach 1 min walk away . Hosts very welcoming - thanks Dmitri - you are a gentleman !

Points positifs : We had a great stay! The location is perfect—just 30 seconds from a beautiful sandy beach and close to small food places, pizzeria, SPAR, old town, and a bus stop. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with a wonderful host who was welcoming and flexible. The kitchen is fully equipped, there’s lots of space with two floors and a pantry, and the small pool is perfect for a quick cool down, with a bench in the water to sit on. There were plenty of toys for the kids and an outdoor shower to wash off sandy feet. The garden was spotless.

Points négatifs : Minor downsides: there were lots of mosquitos in the garden (not the owner’s fault), and the small garden house (office & 1 bed) was very humid with a musty smell, so we didn’t use it and instead used the sofa in the living room. We could have mentioned it during our stay, but it was minor for us. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay again!

Points positifs : House was beautiful was perfectly situated near Antibes old town and across the street from the beach. Very walkable especially if you have young children.

Excellent home! Location, host and the property were great. Definitely recommend this property!

Points positifs : Home was excellent! The location was terrific. The host, Dimitri, was responsive and helpful. The home itself was great. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the outdoor space was great - really everything was terrific.

Points négatifs : The only thing that could have been better is that the AC in one of the bedrooms did not work as well as all the other parts of the home. The room temp was ok, but would have more comfortable if it got cooler. Perhaps a fan in the room would help.
