Modern apartment with beautiful views!

Points positifs : Amazing balcony with almost 360 views of Antibes and surroundings- made for beautiful moments from sunrise to dawn. Modern Appartement with lots of light, nice gardens surrounding it and a big pool ( shared with the rest of the building and two other buildings) . Has parking ( it does get busy) outdoors within the property. The building is very well maintained and clean!

Points négatifs : The water pressure in the spot varies through the stay quite a lot ( it’s the top floor 12 appt). The pool is lovely but used quite a lot and rules like no inflatables or no balls mean that kids can really play in the pool. Ours used the pool for dives and swimming. Also not a problem but keep in mind you might need to bring your own dish detergent etc. the booking.com site is very clear about what is there and what not so worth reading it n advance!

The most amazing view imaginable. Apartment is spacious, garden and pool are well kept and clean.

Points positifs : Lovely spacious and modern apartment with a beautiful clean pool.

Points négatifs : The only way to enter is up a big steep hill there is no way to enter from the bottom of the park.

Wir haben uns gut erholt und haben unsere Urlaub genossen auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf Antibis.

Points positifs : Ausblick von Balkon aus ist traumhaft. Schlüssel übergäbe bei ein und ausreise war schnell und unkomplizierten. Schöne geräumige Wohnung mit paar Mangel. Anlage hat wunderschöne gepflegte Garten und großes Außen Pool. Liegt hoch auf dem Berg (zu Fuß schwere zu erreichen z.b. mit klein Kinder) bei uns war kein Problem da wir immer mit Auto unterwegs waren aber dafür natürlich sehr beeindruckender wunderschöne Blick auf Hafen und Berge.

Points négatifs : Sehr schöne Wohnung mit kleine Mangel ( z.b. Spülmaschine oder Staubsauge kaputt ,oder kein Reinigungsmittel was bei Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen sehr benötigt war.)

very pleasant vacation

Points positifs : Appartement is spacious and has a great view to the city. Its rather close to the port (20-25 mins by feet) and train station (15-20 min by feet). But if you have a car it will be easier to drive and keep your car at one of the parking lots. Some of them are free after 19.00 Swimming pool is nice and pretty big. Big supermarket is about 5 mins away by car. Hosts are great, getting the keys was quick and easy, same as checkout. If you stay for longer periods you might want to buy some kitchen towels, soaps and cleaning sprays etc...

Points négatifs : Some appliances might need to be replaced, for example vacuum cleaner or dishwasher. I personally do not like the synthetic filled pillows. Its not related to the apartment but you have to keep in mind that its situated on top of the hill and share territory with 2 more buildings but since each one of them has its own code for the entry to the territory you will only have a code to the main gate which is farthest from the sea or train station. Be ready to walk up the whole hill.
