Magnifique appartement

Points positifs : Magnifique appartement (les photos sur le site reflètent bien la réalité) très bien situé dans Antibes : proche plage de la gravette (entre 5 et 10 minutes à pieds), la vieille ville avec tous ses resto, à côté de la gare donc très pratique pour les visites de Monaco, Cannes etc ... sans la voiture à stationner ! Propriétaires charmants et qui ne nous laissent pas tomber en cas de souci. Les équipements sont au top (cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, machine à laver ...), la déco est d'un goût exquis ! Nos filles ado ont adoré prendre des photos !

Points négatifs : La climatisation n'est présente que dans la chambre \

Amazing location, bright, clean and comfortable apartment!

Points positifs : Excellent location within walking distance to old town, port, beach, shops etc. Very clean apartment, everything was spotless. The apartment is tastefully decorated, it is light, bright, comfortable and super easy to stay in. The balcony is lovely, there is a comfy sofa and a view of the port and the sea. It gets some sun in the late afternoon.

Points négatifs : Air con was great but only available in one bedroom, which is exactly as described so not a complaint just a suggestion to make the apartment even better!

Loved Antibes and flat was perfect for our needs.

Points positifs : Excellent location a few minutes from train station so easy access to the whole coast. Also right at end of old town so so convenient for all the fab Antibes has to offer. Flat is spotless and really comfortable. Would certainly recommend. Flavian was a great host too!

Great place!

Points positifs : The location is just great. Supermarkets are around the corner and it is very near the port. Peerfect for our purpose.

This apartment has all you need and more!

Points positifs : This apartment has it all! Great location close to the train station and old town in Antibes. Clean apartment with all facilities you need. Very good beds, separate toilet and shower. Two balconies where you can enjoy your morning coffee and also dry your clothes after a day on the beach. Flavie met us and showed us the apartment, and if there was anything we could contact her. She also gave us some recommendations on restaurants in the area. There are also a bakery and a carrefour very close to the apartment. The owner let us have a late checkout which made our last day in Antibes perfect!

Great Antibes Apartment

Points positifs : There was plenty of space, with great facilities. Central for Antibes great location.

Points négatifs : Car park is tight.

Very relaxing and excellent acces to Antibes

Points positifs : Great location and loved the decor. Good coffee machine! The balcony is a welcome addition!

Points négatifs : More towels and bins in the bathroom and bedrooms would be useful.

Good value apartment close to Antibes city center.

Points positifs : Apartment was clean, spacious and located a short 10-minute walk to the city center. Balcony was nice place to relax and have a drink. Host was helpful and arrived to let us in and show us around apartment. Parking was generally available on street for a fee or at the train station about 10 minutes away for free. Didn't use included parking due to my vehicle was too large. The train station itself is only a 5-minute walk and used it to travel to Monaco for 13 euros a person. For the price, apartment is a good value.

Points négatifs : A/C wall unit in one room and it is barely enough to provide acceptable cooling for the entire place if you leave the bedroom doors open all night long (privacy vs stay cool). This is a residential building so may need to be quieter than normal - neighbor yelled at my party for making noise while leaving for an early Sunday morning flight.
