Points positifs : Tout était très bien appartement agréable, commerce à proximité , tout était parfait
Points négatifs : petit problème sur le radiateur de la salle de bain il ne fonctionnait pas et la chasse du WC pas assez de pression d'eau , hors mis ça tout était parfait

Appartement grand et bien situé
Points positifs : L'appartement est suffisamment grand pour accueillir 5 personnes (2 adultes et 3 enfants - 14, 11 et 7 ans). Chacun pouvait avoir son propre lit. Cuisine équipée comme il faut. Proche du centre d'Antibes. Tout peut être fait à pieds.
Points négatifs : Difficulté pour se garer. Au final, nous avons payé le parking Qpark Médiathèque juste en face. Heureusement il y avait une promotion sinon le tarif était prohibitif.

Points positifs : L'appartement était parfait, correspondait aux photos, l'hôte est très avenant. L'appartement est largement équipé (serviette de douche et de plage à disposition, grande quantité de vaisselle, grand nombre de prise, tout l'électroménager nécessaire). Il est aussi idéalement situé par rapport à la gare, le centre ville, la plage.

Appartement trés agréable et trés bien situé.
Points positifs : Confort , propreté, les attentions (café, eau..) …
Points négatifs : Il manque des lampes de chevet dans les chambres et un couteau pointu pour éplucher correctement les fruits et légumes.

Séjour parfait à Antibes lors du marathon NIce-Cannes ... A refaire dès que possible !
Points positifs : Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir échanger très facilement avec nos hôtes. Ils ont été très réactifs à chacune de nos questions. Le logement était très agréable, spacieux et fonctionnel. Il est très bien situé : proche du centre et de la gare, et au calme. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire et aussi le superflu lors de notre séjour. Mon fils avait oublié son chargeur ... il nous fut renvoyé dès le lendemain !
Points négatifs : Nous avons tout apprécié ... La seule réserve que je pourrais émettre serait sur le confort du canapé qui pourrait être amélioré ... Mais nous étions à Antibes pour nous promener et non pour rester lovés dans le canapé ... donc très peu d'importance !!!

Points positifs : Clean, central, 10 min from railway station on foot, 5 min from Monoprix supermarket, 7 min from old town. Safe residential area, secure parking availabe if with car. Two lifts available , useful for travellers with walking issues or with heavy luggage. Otherwise 2nd floor, so not many steps. The apartment was clean, it had a big balcony, bathroom was very comfortable. Kitchen stocked very well with good dishware. Wine glasses available which is important in France :). Last but not least, Thiego was super flexible, always responsive and friendly. Recommended throughly!
Points négatifs : Slightly noisier than expected. Road and train noise fades with time, but both bedrooms face a long outdoor corridor, so you hear neighbors passing and talking in the mornings. Light sleepers, take note.

Great family apartment with great facilities a short walk from the old town and beaches.
Points positifs : Great sized apartment with relatively cheap parking over the road at q park. Everything we could have needed in the apartment. 10 minutes from the old town. Loved it.

Great renovated apartment near the old town and train station.
Points positifs : Fully renovated apartment, very comfortable and well equipped. Location close to train station (10-15 min walk), old town (5-10 min walk), and beaches. Air Conditioning was good to have especially if you will be staying in summer. Host had good communication and was helpful. We would recommend to others, especially families.
Points négatifs : All was good for us. Some points for your information: You will notice it is an older building but the unit is fully renovated you will be in. The location isn't in the old town but it is close so that helps to keep the price more affordable. Train tracks are close by but you don't hear them. Also church next door has bells but they turn off at night so all good.
