Great location, spacious and great value for money.

Points positifs : Spacious, great location. Both balconies - always had an opportunity to sit in sun when out. Clean and tidy. Host kept us updated and kindly gave us a late check out without me requesting one.

Nice apartment with AC in both bedrooms.

Points positifs : Nice apartment in convenient location. Ten minute walk to beach, train station and old town. Bakery around the corner and Monoprix supermarket 3/4 min walk. AC in living area and both bedrooms.

A high quality and well-located apartment at a reasonable price.

Points positifs : Comfortable beds and a modern and clean bathroom with an easy-to-operate shower. Also, the old town and the beach and the train station were no more than 10 minutes away. AC units were very good as was the TV.

Points positifs : Location was only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and old town. The place was really comfy, quiet, clean and cool with the AC. It was exceptionally well equipped with everything you might need including some games! Host was lovely and very responsive to messages.

A wonderful family vacation

Points positifs : A very convenient appartement at a very good location near Antibes center. Walking distance to café, restaurants and even the beach or the Picasso Museum. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery and cooking apparatus (+Nespresso machine). The beds are good size and comfortable. The bathroom is also fully equipped and hot water was available constantly. There is a large smart TV available.

Points négatifs : The only heating method (we visited in February) are the A/C, which are new and work well but cannot keep the humidity low unless used continuously. The cutlery could have been better cleaned and the dishwasher is very small.
