Emplacement exceptionnel au Cap d’Antibes
Points positifs : La proximité de la mer et les aménagements conçus pour passer un bon séjour. Bonne terrasse extérieure
Points négatifs : La douche a l’italienne qui n’a pas de pente suffisante. D’où inondations. La machine à laver qui fuit lors des programmes.

Great location for a beach holiday with a toddler
Points positifs : The hosts communication was very clear, consistent and he was kind when we were late. The location of the property is a 10/10 and we had a great time

Excellent location for a short term stay however mould needs to be addressed
Points positifs : Location was excellent. The apartment has everything you need.
Points négatifs : On top of the rental price, it then became clear that bed linen and towels were a separate fee of €40.00 cash upon arrival. The bedroom has a lot of mould on the walls. The bedroom backs onto the bin area / back of the bakery so it can be nosy in the early morning with bin collection / workers arriving. Some local staff also use that area for cigarette breaks. We kept all windows closed and shutters down.

A lovely spring break in an agreeable spot.
Points positifs : Excellent location and very nice little street-level patio, sunny almost all day long, for sitting outside, even in March. Baker's and Spar shop almost right next door--very convenient.
Points négatifs : The yard behind the building is a hive of activity, and a bit scruffy. Bakery employees very busy, with some inevitable noise. This didn't bother me in the least, but it might bother some sensitive people.

Amazing accommodation, impolite host
Points positifs : The location is amazing, across the road from one of the best beaches in Antibes. It was right next door to a bakery, restaurant and supermarket. The location was in walking distance to amazing sights and restaurants. The accommodation was fully equipped with every imaginable convenience, making our stay a seamless and comfortable one.
Points négatifs : Linen was not included and there was no prior communication regarding this. We were required to pay an additional amount and this was impolitely demanded upon arrival without the consideration for eft or card payment options. As an English speaking guest, checking in was challenging as the staff spoke only French and did not make an effort to accommodate us. Lastly, the staff came across as disrespectful and unprofessional in the manner in which they communicated to us, and in addition expected us to clean the property for the following guests before we were allowed to leave.

Points positifs : Apartamento pequeño pero fabuloso, limpio y justo delante de la playa, el anfitrión muy amable y resolutiva además de estar disponible a cualquier momento para resolver cualquier duda, en total ha superado mis expectativas.
Points négatifs : La verdad que nada

Points positifs : Posizione eccezionale comodo a tutti i servizi ed a 100mt dalla spiaggia. Dall'appartamento in 15 min a piedi si arriva al centro di Juan les pins o di Antibes.

Fast perfekt aber....
Points positifs : Sehr sauber, modern, sicher, ruhig...Strand und die Altstadt per Fuß erreichbar...Super ausgestattete Küche...Bestens für einen Spätherbsturlaub geeignet.
Points négatifs : Bettwäsche und Handtücher muss man vorher extra buchen für 25 Euro...Für 6 Nächte bekam ich leider ein sehr kleines und ein großes Handtuch . Das WC Zimmer ist extrem klein und eng und über Küche/Wohnzimmer erreichbar und nicht für korpulente Personen geeignet ,weil nur ca. 70 cm breit...Ich bekam auch kein Handtuch für WC Zimmer und auch nicht mal einen Vorleger für die Dusche-eigentlich Standard in der Ferienwohnung ! Nach meine Anfrage gab es auch keine zusätzliche Handtücher zu bekommen !

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt und sehr freundlicher Empfang.
Points positifs : Sehr freundliche Concierge. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage, Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt, Apotheke nebenan. Strand 100 Meter entfernt, wunderschöne Altstadt, Bahnhof alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Points négatifs : Aussicht aus dem Schlafzimmer auf Hinterhof. In Südfrankreich ist mit Mücken zu rechnen. Daher sollten Urlaubende an Müchenschutz denken. Eingeschränkte Parkmöglichkeit. Wir haben öffentliche Verkehrsmittel genutzt.
