Propre ,fonctionnel , près de tout et agréable

Points positifs : Accueil chaleureux de Chloé,qui a passé du temps avec nous pour expliquer le fonctionnement de l’appartement

Belle résidence, calme et proximité plage et commerces

Points positifs : Très calme, proximité de la plage et commerces à pied , garage privé pour la voiture. Terrasse très agréable. Très propre

Points négatifs : Literie à revoir , surtout les draps trop petits par rapport à la hauteur du matelas. Meubles un peu désuets

Points positifs : Appartement situé dans un quartier calme , à égale distance à pied de Juan les pins et d Antibes . L appartement est très cosy , douillet et fonctionnel. Le garage pour la voiture est un atout à Antibes .

Points négatifs : Nous nous attendions à un appartement avec une chambre tel qu il est décrit .

Situation idéale et logement bien équipé

Points positifs : Localisation parfaite : plage, restaurants et commerces accessible à pied . Garage privé au sous-sol Appart bien équipé Le petit plus : le balcon

Points négatifs : Le lit double est vraiment trop petit (tant en largeur qu’en longueur) : matelas pas assez confortable Le matelas du clic clac est vraiment trop fin on sent les ressorts à travers

Very good!

Points positifs : Location was close to the beach. It had a very nice balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. It had a secure parking garage for our rental car!

Points négatifs : Lack of air conditioning made it a little difficult to sleep at night. When we tried opening the blinds, mosquitoes came it. Won’t be a problem if you are not visiting during the hottest months of the year though.

Great apartment, free covered parking, close to everything- Antibes works well as a base to sightsee and enjoy

Points positifs : What a lovely little apartment. The balcony is a great addition to the living space. Kitchen has all we needed, bathroom, washing machine were very good as well as the parking space- excellent. We walked easily to the beach, train station and restaurants and shops. Cole was excellent and enthusiastic as the host, met on site and explained almost😂 everything. Thanks Chloe😊

Points négatifs : We stayed during the heat wave conditions so it was hot and the fan did the best it could. If you always live with air conditioning you might struggle in the heat of summer. We managed and enjoyed both the apartment and Antibes.

We can highly recommend Antibes as a holiday destination.

Points positifs : The handover of the flat was very good. Chloe had contacted us in advance and prepared the arrival well. The handover was also very straightforward, Chloe was very friendly and helpful. The location of the flat was perfect for us.

Nice studio close to the Antibes beaches and center

Points positifs : The studio had all we needed for our shot holiday in Antibes. We enjoyed the sun on the terrace every morning for breakfast. The view is nice , area is quiet , happy yo have the garage and not worry about parking. Close to the Ponteil and Salis beach , boulangerie , restaurants, shops and center of Antibes .

Points positifs : Good location and quiet house (probably because it was off-season and there were not a lot of people present in the building). Getting access to the apartment was very straightforward since a representative was there and handed over the keys. Kitchen was well-equipped, which was good since we usually prefer to cook for ourselves. (Kitchen knives could have been better, but I have never found a rental that has good sharp knives.) Very nice terrace facing south, so plenty of sun. Very good shutters so it was dark at night and there were no problems sleeping.

Spacious apartment close to beaches

Points positifs : The host was very friendly. The apartment was spacious and had all needed facilities. The location was also very nice.

Points négatifs : We visited in August and the apartment was quite hot (and it was difficult to keep it cool.)
